Conveniently located to the highway as a stopover
The town did not offer much.

Good choice of food and plenty of it
Another toilet roll would have been nice

This was everything I like about small provincial French hotels. Good value, excellent service and a nice place to stay
nothing it’s great.

Good location near the château. Excellent car park.
Very good breakfast and comfortable room. We slept well. Very friendly staff. An enjoyable stay.

Ideally located on our cycling route, Logis Le Bretagne was good for resting after a long cycle ride on a hot day. Opened throughout the day (unlike so many small hotels in France when you need to wait till 5 pm to get the key), our arrival early afternoon was not a problem. A rack was available for our bicycles within the hotel parking. Dinner in the restaurant was great with an excellent cuisine at reasonable price - which is so hard to find in France nowadays. A generous buffet breakfast in the morning ensured that we were well fed for the cycling day ahead! Thank you Le Bretagne!

a true logis hotel. basic room, excellent restaurant
off road parking, good breakfast
staff were great and super helpful
we were there on one of the hottest days of the year, room was boiling and only ventilation was from opening the windows.
hotel on an intersection and Saturday night bikers and youths racing their cars made for a noisy night

The food in the restaurant was top class. I'd recommend eating here even if you're not staying at the hotel.

Breakfast adequate
Your website reference does not mention the restaurant, although there are pictures laid for a meal, not breakfast. Indeed there are comments from visitors about the restaurant. However the restaurant looks OK inside BUT was closed on Sunday evening, and it seems Friday. That needs clarifying in your details. Sadly there were no other restaurants in the town and the one recommended by telephone a few kilometres drive away was also closed on Sunday evening.

It is a charming logis in the old style, creaking floor boards etc. We had had a meal at lunchtime elsewhere, so didn't need much in the evening. The staff were very helpful and let us have just one course and a carafe of wine. Delightful, pity we couldn't manage the other courses. The following morning's breakfast was exactly what we needed. First class. Good private car park.
There was nothing wrong. Can't put anything more

The location is in the centre of Sille le Guillaume so relatively easy to find. A little bit old fashioned, but the evening dinner was excellent and well worth having. Certainly on a par with a 4 star hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. The rooms were a bit jaded and mundanely furnished, but adequate for a short stay. The shower was good and the beds reasonably comfortable. We did not have breakfast but I think it would have been very good if the previous evening's dinner was anything to go by. The rooms are on 2 floors with quite steep stairs for the 2nd floor so a little difficult for guests with mobility issues. Our room was at the front of the building overlooking the street and was very noisy in the morning but fairly quiet at night.
The cleaning could be improved on. The areas under and around the beds could have been vacuumed more thoroughly, they weren't dirty but needed more attention. It was the same in the bathroom around the sink.

nothing was too much trouble for the hotel. Thank you

Great location and friendly staff
Very small room and low single bed with hardly any room for anything else. Would have been great to have a kettle in the room as it was at the top of two flights of steep and dark stairs. I didn't see a lift.
