Geweldig!

Toplocatie, alles wat we wilden zien was op kleine loopafstand. Personeel was geweldig, we hebben een gratis upgrade gehad.

Great location, however the hotel I would say is abit weary. Carpets is stained.

Location is great and connected to a mall

From what I read this is a newly refurbished hotel. When we get in our room, there is a strong cigarette smell so we have to ask to change room. The carpet is stained on our new room too

Grea location and friendly staff

Great location. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Will definitely recommend Prince Hotel.

The hotel does not have toilet or changing facilities on the ground level. I have to go to the mall to be able to change before going to the airport. My flight was in the late evening but had to check out by 12 noon. Breakfast was not too special for the price.

Very nice staff and Hotel

The rooms are big and very well equiped. The staff is very nice. Location is central and convinient. The hotel has a nice gym (you find everything that you need) and a wonderful resterand where you can have a super buffet for breakfast.

I don't like the fact that there is carpet everywhere.

香港房間算大的住宿酒店

床算舒服，櫃檯服務人員十分親切，早餐餐廳服務人員清潔速度快。酒店旁邊就是「海港城」，可以逛百貨公司。

住宿地點與地鐵站有點距離，仍須走十分鐘左右。房間隔音不佳

Great and very modern hotel in a good location

A very nice hotel, nested inside or close to a shopping mall. It feels newly renovated which was great. The gym was relatively small but still good enough for a good workout.

The view from my room could have been better but this isn't a complaint, more a small note.

Friendly staff at the reception desk. Asked for early check in for my kids and they granted. Location is prime, perfect for shopping trips to HK. Near the ferry terminal so a trip to Macau is convenient.

Newly renovated room. Clean and spacious connecting room, location and friendliness and attentiveness of staffs. Having stayed in all three hotels at Harbour City, I like Prince the most.

Wonderful, pleasant and comfortable stay!

We love how spacious the room is and can accommodate comfortably a family of 4! Also, the staffs are very attentive to our needs.

Good location and comfortable room. Cannot comment on breakfast because did not eat at hotel.

Pillows could be better found them too soft. Lighting at bathroom mirrors can be brighter. Otherwise no other complains bout hotel. Staff are all very polite and courteous ..

Great location for those who love shopping!

Location in within the high end mall

There is no clear sinage at the entrance of the hotel. We were dropped by the driver behind the mall. Luckily, the staff assisted us with our luggage .

Location was great - facility was clean.

Not the hotel’s fault but there was a lot of noisy families on the floor we were using - the walls are thin and lots of door banging and voices.

Marco Polo chain of hotels in HK has always been a favorite and the preferred accommodation. This is not my first time a

The location is excellent. Walking distance to the MTR and the hotel is within the mall. It is close to the ferry to Central, close to convenience stores and shops. I noticed the hotel was renovated. Very nice interiors. The staff speak English and they offer help readily.

I guess the toilets in the rooms still do not have bidet.
