Definitely book the harbour view rooms

The room was lovely, staff (in particular cleaning staff) were very kind and helpful. It was in a great location to the local MTR and not far from the ferry.

My room was facing the back of the hotel which I would strongly avoid for anyone booking. The harbour view is definitely worth the extra charge. I woke up often thinking it was a very grim gloomy day (when the sun was shining) but I think that is based on being at the back where your only view is the other walls of the hotel.

每層電梯外都有販賣機，一瓶水10港幣。付款方式限八達通，

離香港會議展覽中心很近。房價便宜。

衛生糟糕。入住看到書桌上有5公分長的頭髮。馬桶旁的排水孔有一堆頭髮。浴室通風孔非常髒，床單有灰色污漬。浴室看起來很老舊。吹風機是固定在浴室牆上的。對淋浴間沖水清洗，還有黑色銹塊掉落。冷氣溫度調高後會自動變回原本的低溫。今年公告為了環保沒有提供礦泉水，但飯店也沒有提供飲水機可以裝水（是可以自己煮水，但依浴室的衛生，很難相信管道出來的水是可以令人放心飲用的）平台上說有提供盥洗用品，但沒有牙刷牙膏。訂了四間房間，有的房間床單特別薄（感覺像是裡面的棉花因為清洗多次已經快沒了）

near to Hong Kong exhibition center .

good size of room , good shower ,WIFI and comfortable bed . location is very near to the HKTDC or fair Ground and next to Hong Kong art school . only 5 minute walk to the main Entrance and this the only reason i book this hotel .. if for travelers and tourist this not the suitable hotel for them , you may many choice for the price you paid .

Breathtaking harbour view for a budget price.

A nice stay in a reasonable hotel for a budget price. The harbour-view was breathtaking - which adds high value to a stay in this hotel. Very friendly staff - very rapid e-mail feedback even prior to our arrival.

The room has not been very clean on arrival - but improved during the stay.

良かったです。また利用したいです。

MTR湾仔駅や、空港行きバス停まで徒歩圏内。お湯もしっかり出ました。トイレとシャワー室がガラスドアで仕切られてるのが良かったです。美味しいお粥屋さんも近くにあり、ロケーション良かったです。

シーツは毎日替えてもらえませんでした。

Good location for those who to visit exhibition at HK Convention Centre.

Location- it is very near to HK Convention Centre with walking distance. And nearby a lot of restaurants to choose from too.

Breakfast always the same from day one. More rooms to improve. Need to have iron and iron board in the room.

Excellent. The buffet breakfasts and buffet meals at night are excellent.

The buffet meals (breakfasts) and the two buffet meals at night we had were absolutely excellent. Our room and bed was very comfortable. Overall no complaints. My wife and I usually celebrate our September birthdays (both of us in September) by taking a weeks holiday here at the Harbourview. We have done this now for three years.

I understand why you do it (pay extra to have a room with a view out over Hong Kong/the water). But it would be nice to have the same price for a room with a view inside or outside.

I may go back again but looking for other hotels first.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast Buffett was good and had many choices. Close to restaurants, laundromat and MTR (train). If you have a lot of luggage I would not recommend the train. We took a cab. Bus stop right in front of hotel. Television had 1 HBO channel. Good water pressure.

Room was very small. Bathroom very small as well. Very little counter space on bathroom counter so if you or your partner need counter space in bathroom you will be disappointed. Barely enough room for toothbrushes and toothpaste. We were on the 21st floor and the view outside the room was another building (within 25-35 ft) with windows and mold, so no view at all. Breakfast buffet had many choices but no danishes or bagels. Only 3-4 television stations in English (HBO was in English). No laundry facilities in building so you can’t do your own laundry but laundromat close by. No microwave.

Didn't like the room, was old and basic and found chips under bed and shower was not working well. The view was terrible

I want to use it again when I come to Hong Kong.

It was good other than $5 per local call and no view at all.

Staff service was good.

Local phone call(which is free is HK) charged $% per time. The breakfast and dinner were below expectation. In breakfast, there is only one dim sum to choose, no other local food such as rice roll, prawn dumpling, ... etc are provided. In dinner, the lobster is only half the size of the picture in the leaflet and also it is not totally clean.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic stay

The room was modern and comfortable. It is a decent size and perfect for business travelers and couples. We got the breakfast buffet with our trip and it was fantastic. Everything tasted fresh with a fantastic spread and variety. The location was beautiful and everything was amazing and perfect. Housekeeping was quick and easy. The staff were so helpful too.

The location is in a prime and great location surrounded by other great hotels like the Hyatt. But compared to their grand and big entrances, Harbourview is a small little entrance at the corner of the road. It felt a little dodgy but it's such a small complaint. Everything was wonderful

Nice stay, incredible view.

Good size room with a comfortable bed and an incredible view. The 2 water bottles provided daily are a great gesture. The cleanliness of the room was very good and all the staff were kind and attentive.

The breakfast buffet could use some more variety, although everything that is provided is pretty good.

location and staff were very helpful and attentive. everything worked perfectly.

the room felt quite dated from furniture and floor carpet and equipment. I guess they have other rooms that are more newer. hallway had quite a strong odour probably due to carpet.

Very good

Super convenient for HKCEC. A short walk away to the street lights and food of Wanchai. And a sufficiently large room at an affordable price.

Cleaning staff were quite noisy in the mornings and had the bad habit of knocking on doors quite early to see if you were in. This could easily be remedied by 'Do Not Disturb' signs. But otherwise they kept the rooms good and clean. Reception and concierge all very polite and helpful. Also the hotel can be quite damp...the carpet and even the new sheets. Dehumidifiers for each room?

Very good

Location is great for Convention center across the hotel but not so good for tourists. Great breakfast with a variety of non-Chinese food too. Nice service.

Location is a bit far from attractions, nothing touristy in the area in the vicinity. The view is good but only on upper floors. The pictures exaggerate the size of the rooms which are actually more cramped. The Hotel takes a security deposit and we are still waiting for a refund (three months later). Getting to it from the airport requires a transfer from subway to bus.
