Not clean as expectation

Reservation counter is helpful.

Hard to contact the reservation by email, it is getting 2-3 weeks to reply back. There is powder on the floor and not clean up in the afternoon, just changing towels and tissue restroom

It’s worst Property I stay in my life.

This is not hotel it’s service apartment and this property is pathetic. I’m never recommending this property to anyone. This hotel staff is so pathetic and rude and there is no one take your luggage to your room and you can’t keep your bags in locker room because hotel not allowed and not keep any guarantee if you keep over there. They not give you toilet soap and no any other room amenities like coffee, milk powder, sugar and tea. This is most pathetic property I stay in my life.

location great and community area in B1 pretty ok.

room looked nicely done but the bed and pillow were bad and the cleaning product used to pillows was far too smelly. almost could not sleep in the smell

4* facilities and service for the price of 2*. Highly recommend Butterfly.

Everything I would expect from a 4* hotel, for the price of 2*. What's not to like? It was not busy and they upgraded me to a 3-bed room with lots of space, fluffy towels and choice of pillows. Great!

I wanted to see the manager to compliment the staff and ask about a block booking, but there was no one available at 10:30 am. My taxi driver had no clue of how to find it. Finally I found a Chinese note somewhere on the website and he understood. Suggest the Chinese address be more prominent for non Canto visitors.

Pleasant surprise

Excellent location, 1 minute from 7/11, McDonald’s and circle K. And many many more restaurants. Check in and check out was fast. Friendly staffs.

Butterfly Review

Staff responded with an upgrade when the original room was damp and smelled.

Both rooms were just damp and smelled of old wet dog. There was air purifiers everywhere even in the hallways. Not sure if it’s a really old building with damp problems or if there’s another issue. Really not pleasant

Good Location

The location is great near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. So many restaurants and stores. The room is really clean and comfortable. Free upgrade in this time.

The room is not ready when I went to check-in but it’s okay.

Good location and value for money

Location! Many different kinds of restaurants, food and drink, snacks, etc. nearby. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Bathroom is spacious. Staff are friendly.

We reserved a room for 3 beds, but was arranged to a room with 2 beds (1 double bed and 1 twin). The receptionist upgraded us to a family room with 3 beds after hearing our complaint. 2 elevators. One is under maintenance. The second one was not working when we came back to the hotel at night. Glad that we stayed at lower floor.

The size of the room. Brilliant.

The wifi in the room was really bad, they offered a wifi egg but that was really slow too, even YouTube was buffering.
