Die Lage ist perfekt und zentral
Sehr sehr nettes Personal

The room was cozy and quiet, whichnis important for a light sleeper like me. The hotel has that rarest of things - doors that shut quietly, so you don't hear the din of everyone departing their rooms in the morning. The wee kitchenette was small, but good for preparing some light meals.
The bed was comfortable and staff was able to accommodate my request for feather-free bedding.
There were a couple of odd things with the room that the staff were helpful in resolving.
The safe never worked. I mentioned it to the staff twice, and they said an engineer had looked at it. But it still never worked so I stopped mentioning it and had to carry my passport with me every day.

The room was clean. Breakfast-excellent. I loved the kettle and the bathtub. If stayed more-probably could cook something))) I liked the location. Also had a pleasant run along the river. Stuff is excellent and helpful.
My room was somehow too hot for me. But I think it could be fixed by addressing the stuff or studying for a few seconds more the air-conditioning panel.

The room size was comfortable with a large good bed and equipped with possibility to make your own food as there was a small kitchen well equipped. The minibar was filled up every day with to bottles of beer and two bottles of water, one with gas and one still water...and all for free :-) This is perfect from the hotel as a guest. After all a very pleasant stay at this hotel which is quiet and comfortable.
As described I like most of everything with this property.

Interesting maisonette with a kitchenette.
The air conditioner didn’t work unfortunately and this was during the hottest days in München.

The location was perfect. While I did not use the breakfast buffet, it looked and smelled fresh and good. Private parking was available and at a reasonable price. Staff was very helpful and kind. Plenty of shopping nearby and only a few steps to center of town.
Rooms could be updated and improved upon. Some kitchen items and room decor could be fixed and made more efficient.

Known Hotel to us. Kitchenette very welcome.
Air Conditioning was broken. Reception did not tell us when we checked in. The fan provided was pathetic. When we asked for another room the receptionist told us it would it be fixed tomorrow (Saturday) which was untrue. The Hotel knew of this prior to our checkin. There was no follow from reception. The staff was disappointing. The stay was disappointing.

Near bus stops to travel about city.
Having to walk up and down a steep stairway to bedroom with bathroom downstairs!
Despite a kitchenette in room no detergent , dishcloth or towel to dry were not provided.

We loved having a bath to warm up after being out in the rain & cold.
Breakfast: a good selection of fresh food and included eggs cooked as desired.
The staff: all lovely and very helpful.
There was a kitchenette with cooktop, fridge & tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There is a small supermarket almost next door.
The room was a little small but very clean & comfortable.
The double bed was actually two singles pushed together but not joined, so it was two single doonas - would have preferred a queen or king bed and linen.

Comfortable stay in a lovely, clean, spacious room in a nice hotel. Staff were, on the whole, very pleasant and helpful. Liked the beer and water being stocked every day and the use of a sauna was a plus.
Felt the deal we booked for this hotel was good value. Hotel was more modern in its fixtures/condition than we were expecting.
Location was great for sightseeing and walking around.
On one morning the water was off, which was fixed quickly. The presentation and condition of the hotel was mostly great, but some panels were being repaired in the corridors and were left against the walls (this wasn't a huge deal and I'm guessing would be fixed soon).

Good location to the Isar & 15 minutes to the centre and decent restaurants
The graffiti defacing historic monuments and buildings

It was a nice accommodation, close to shop, nature, bus, accessible for some tourist destinations, ha sthe freedom to do basi kitchen stuff and room was spacious.
A bit far from train station.

Very spacious room with window to a green courtyard and it's own little kitchenette. Quiet location near the river Isar which is nice for walks. Friendly staff and nice little touches like mini chocolates at reception and free water and even 2 bottles of beer in the room. Clear signs of considering environmental impact beyond the "if you don't need a fresh towel..."
Water was switched off for most of the day when i checked in due to some work but it was well communicated and a one off so just my bad luck. The location is a little further from the city center than i thought and while there are plenty of options by bus and metro, they either require a change on the way or a bit of a walk.

excellent beds and the rooms maybe a bit outdated but space and comfortable. nearly all rooms have a bath and the beds are really good!! genuine cotton sheets.
its at a busy street, so if you like to sleep with open windows its tricky.
But the beds are very comfortable, so you should be fine.
4.5
Location, very close to town, close to public transport, local neighbourhood vibe ,enjoy walks along the river , rooms are generous for their size as is the bathroom! Very pleasant and helpful staff, specially Joachim M !
Nothing, for its price level it’s great value .

Location and facilities
Initially the heating didnt work, so I got offered another one - but for the latter the entrance mechanism was faulty, requiring 2-3 attempts to open the door.
It was too much of a hassle to ask for another room, as I was working most of the days.
4.5
always very nice staff
check in time is 3.00 pm and check out is 11.00 am, so 1 hour earlier in the morning than average. Some rooms are bigger than others for the business-type of rooms. Last time we payed a much higher rate and the room was the same size as always, of course it depends on the season, but it’s not clear when booking the room. As in the pictures all look the same, but it’s not the case…there is a little kitchenette, but I miss a coffee machine!
