Grei standard, god frokost og sentral beliggenhet

sentralt. Ankom midt på natten ikke noe problem. De stekte egg eller omelett mens du ventet, til frokost. Veldig god omelett. Hyggelig betjening.

War ok da wir nur 1 Nacht da verbracht haben aber für längeren Aufenthalt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen, wegen

Zimmer waren in Ordnung, Licht am Bett war nur defekt ansonsten ok.

Das Frühstück! Wir kamen um 9:40 Uhr zum Frühstück sofort hat man eine Unfreundliche Anmerkung bekommen dass Frühstück nur bis 10 Uhr gibt. Und dazu muss ich sagen wenn ein Hotel Frühstück bis 10 Uhr anbietet soll man auch von allen (vor allem Brot) bis 10 Uhr am Buffet zu verfügung haben! Mein Mann und ich haben uns ein Spiegelei bestellt und wir bekamen die 2 Eier übereinander gelegt auf 1 Teller serviert! Obwohl die Angestellte uns alle beide Einzel gefragt hat ob wir ein Ei möchten. Und an der Freundlichkeit könnte man auch noch arbeiten.

Schöne, renovierte Zimmer, zentrale Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück. Netter Gimmick im Bad: ein Plastikbecherspender, sehr praktisch.

I would definitely recommend this place for travellers coming to Aachen

The staff was helpful and nice throughout my stay. Internet was working properly, the bed was comfy.

The breakfast selection could be a bit wider. But not bad.

Lastige start, maar daarna top.

Bedden top. Modern. Alles dichtbij.

Ondanks de omschrijving op booking dat ontbijt gratis en inbegrepen was (wat ik ook heb laten zien-aangetoond) moest ik voor het ontbijt betalen. Een forse post onvoorzien. Daarnaast was ik zonder overleg omgeboekt van een 4 naar een 3 persoonskamer terwijl ik specifiek meer m2 wilde met 3 personen. Ook moest ik zelf ontdekken en aangeven dat het prijsverschil dan wel terugbetaald moest worden. Ook ontstond er een discussie over de hoogte van dat bedrag. Ik mocht wel omkijken naar een ander hotel, werd er zelfs gezegd. Dat maakt wel dat ik niet heel blij was bij de start en dat lag wat mij betreft vooral ook aan degene aan de balie. Verder was het hotel fantastisch. De rest van het personen die we hebben gezien en gesproken waren helemaal prima tot superbehulpzaam. Bedden en ligging fantastisch.

Prima hotel met schone kamers en een prima ontbijt

Kleine kamers, maar erg schoon en zeer netjes. Voor lange mensen is het bed te kort. Prima kleine en schone badkamer, alles aanwezig wat nodig is.

Dames bij het ontbijt zijn niet bijzonder aardig/vrolijk, parkeren is niet mogelijk en moet worden gedaan in een nabijgelegen parkeergarage wat € 18,00 per dag kost. Bed is voor een lang persoon ( ik ben 2.00 meter ) te kort.

The staff were very helpful, breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Germany generally seems to not know how to do pillows for bed. Very wide but not very substantial. It was noticeable everywhere so not just in this hotel

Good value close to pedestrian precinct.

Very helpful staff, close to old Aachen and a very good breakfast. It is a modern building with lift.

No air-conditioning which we knew at time of booking.

The location is very good. Compared to last year, breakfast was not included in the price. Unfortunately, I didn't have hot water at all on the evening of arrival and I didn't have time to announce the repair at the reception because it was late.

Top central location

The location is very close to the city center. We arrived late after the reception was closed, but the organization beforehand with keycode and room allocation all went very smoothly

The room was quite small, but fully functional. No air con in the room and the stand-up fan was quite loud. The breakfast only offer eggs, no bacon or other hot alternatives. The bread rolls and meat/cheese selection was very good.

It's a good choice for a short stay if you're interested in shopping and tourist attractions.

Great location - 5 minute walk to the city centre, sparkling clean, decent breakfast (with excellent coffee!).

Not very stroller and wheelchair friendly: narrow spaces, tiny elevator, doors that do not stay open unless propped or held, intermediate steps (aside from the stairs) to pass from one section to another, very narrow footbridge to pass from one part of the building to the other. Soft mattresses and pillows - but this is just a personal taste in terms of bedding.

Next time I come to Aachen, I take the same hotel.

Location just near the old city, Breakfast OK. Room and bed very comfortable.

Wifi sometimes very poor, propably when everyone tries to dowload or watch their mail. (Morning and evening)

Exceptional

The location was excellent just a couple blocks to downtown. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was also pretty good. We just booked one hour before our entrance time so was over our expectations.

Everything was perfect. Definitely we can come back for sure !!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff very close to the centre of time.

Location was perfect! Staff were super friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage when we arrived in town some hours before check-in time. Breakfast was good and mattresses comfy.

The bathroom was small. Shower was fine but the space outside the shower cubicle was very small and hard to manoeuvre.
