Leider zu nah an der Autobahn

Strandkorb und. Zi. auf 6.Etage.

Lage zu laut wegen Autobahn.. Wenige kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Tür.. Wenig Service bei Rückfragen. Personal ist für Umgang mit Kunden zum Teil schlecht geschult. Housekeeping weckte uns Sa. um 8.39 ...... Außenpool wurde Freitag von Sportgruppe aus Dänemark belagert. Geschrei von 8 Jugendlichen, die Schwimmen durch Arschbomben unmöglich machten und mit Sand warfen..

De kamer en het ontbijt

Diner werd geserveerd door een hulpje ,vingers in het bord. Menukaart veel kleiner dan op de site en de prijzen waren veel duurder dan op de site..

Fint hotell med fin baksida. Pool och bra bar, bra frukost.

Ligger lite off. Svårt att få kontakt med hotellet innan ankomst. Ringde och mailade och skickade via appen men inget svar från hotellet.

Неплохо, но лучше не надо

Близко к автостраде, можно заселиться поздно. Если повезёт, можно бесплатно припарковаться, хотя почти все бесплатные места поблизости были заняты.

При заезде портье выставил счёт вдвое больше того, что ожидалось при бронировании и потребовал кредитную карточку. Почувствовав неладное, я предложил дебетовую карточку, на что портье ответил, что тогда придётся счёт оплатить немедленно. Я сказал, что цена была гораздо меньше при бронировании. Он настаивал в довольно грубой форме на новой цене. Тогда я показал бронирование в мобильнике, где была указана меньшая цена. После раздумий, портье всё-таки выдал карточку от номера и обещал разобраться к утру. Наутро оказалось, что номер был оплачен заранее и требование повторной оплаты было полностью необоснованно. Кроме того, для досуга в отеле я нашёл только бар. В общем, от четырёхзвёздочного отеля я ожидал чего-то большего, но переночевать здесь вполне можно.

Le top pour un hôtel en ville

Très bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse tout confort, bien situé dans un quartier calme. Belle terrasse pour déjeuner au bord de la piscine. Parking sécurisé.

Uneventful but conveniently located outside of Frankfurt

The rooms are okay, if not terribly special. There is a small shopping center close by with a big supermarket. The breakfast is ok. It is relatively easy to drive in and out from the highway. It is not too far to drive to downtown Frankfurt and back. The surroundings are clean and seem safe. There is (free) public parking just in front of the hotel.

The hotel is not bad, but quite uneventful. We arrived on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was closed. The fact that they had a restaurant in the first place, was one of my main reasons to book this hotel. Another thing that is kind of confusing that there is another Mercure just across the street, which you will see first when you drive into the area. So I bet 90% of customers get out of their car (like I did), get into the first Mercure, only to be told that their hotel is actually a bit further down the street. They could explain this better in the booking confirmation. I don't understand the fact that you have to supposedly pay for their parking lot which is wide open and empty most of the time. The pool is advertised like a really big thing but doesn't look very attractive, in my honest opinion.

Overall friendly staff. Little pool with sand to relax.

Very mixed feelings as I never felt I stayed there because of the impersonal hotel staff.

Liked the location but the staff were a bit rude and the restaurant was rip off.

Parking was so expensive depending the location. location was not a city center but parking is not free. we also parked our car the opposite side of the road with half of the Otel parking price.

It is a dead man’s walk ( very dark with no lights) from escborn sud to hotel or vice versa Shuttle between hotel to station was off on weekends during “messe” times ! Very poor connectivity with airport ( need to take a very long route via train) ..taxi is very expensive

Convenient place to stay as there was enough parking & was easily accessible. Great Reception staff.

Limited options, clean and neat. Check in staff was very good.

More options for breakfast. Staff on duty was more interested in clearing the tables than letting the guests eat. It was a race who could clear fast. I finally left the table.
