Ich komme gerne wieder.

Super Lage. Keine 5 Minuten bis zur Krämerbrücke. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Und einfach ein richtig tolles Frühstück.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man an der Krämerbrücke.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war unserer Ansicht nach nicht mit Vier Sternen kompatibel. Die Tür zum Bad und die Eingangstür zum Hotelzimmer waren beschädigt. Einen Blick unter das Bett hätten wir besser nicht gewagt, dort fanden wir eine regelrechte Staubdecke vor.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen und uns den Aufenthalt in Erfurt angenehm werden lassen.

Wir,Ehepaar, waren für 3 Tage in Erfurt im Mercure. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, Altstadt und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Leider war das Zimmer etwas laut, aber die gute Lage hat das wieder ausgeglichen. Wir hatten unsere Autopapiere samt Führerscheinen bei der Abreise im Zimmer vergessen und wurden durch eine freundlichen Mitarbeiterin des Hotels telefonisch darauf hingewiesen. Die Unterlagen wurden uns umgehend übersandt. Nochmals herzlichen Dank.

Would come back there for the Festspiele and hope to be surprised by an air conditioned room

Good central location while visiting the Domstufenfestspiele. Personnel extremely friendly, very good breakfast, comfortable beds and a modern bathroom.

For this price I do expect to have an air conditioned room. With 34 degrees outside it was very difficult to sleep, opening the windows makes it worse especially when these open to the street noise .

Standard Mercure with friendly staff in good spot for tourists.

Has a super location in the town. Shops and sights are within walking distance. Clean. Staff nice.

Expensive for a basic hotel. Some noise from street outside until early hours of the morning, but not too bad. When asking for a 'quiet room' the hotel had tried to charge EUR 7.50 extra to have one not facing the street !

This hotel is perfectly located, within a 10 minute walk of all the attractions, and the restaurants, cafes, shops are very closeby! The reception staff were helpful and professional, rooms immaculate, beds comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic with a large variety.

If you're visiting Erfurt and want to stay among the city sights, the Mercure should be on your list

The location is fantastic. It's only a two-minute walk to the Kraemerbrueke bridge, and the cathedrals and plazas are only 5-10 minutes' walk beyond that. It's also very close to the shopping district and many delicious restaurants. Splendid views of Erfurt's churches out the windows. The hotel is close to trams, and has an underground onsite parking garage that is convenient and secure. The breakfast was wonderful and varied, and well worth the extra dosh. Finally, the hotel is easy to find with a rental car without being in the midst of traffic.

The rooms don't have individual thermostats, but the hotel's temperature is well-controlled and the windows open easily.

Very close to old town! Good breakfast! Cosy rooms. Tea and coffee in the room.

Soundproof of the rooms are bad. Hear the corridor every step. My room was out of shampoo for two days, even after cleaning.

Superb

Hotel is very well located, just around the corner you get to famous Kramerbrucke and you're basically in the middle of the old town. Easy to walk to shopping areas as well. Room was spacious enough, very neat and comfortable. Breakfast selection was quite good, nothing to complain about. Parking was a nice addition.

Bed was too soft for my liking, but I guess everyone has own preferences. If you get a hotel with windows in the street below, expect noises all night as people pass by and visit local kebabs etc. Room for breakfast was a little small for the size of the hotel, as some bus group has taken most of it, leaving crowded tables for the rest of the guests.
