Diese Hotel hat schon einmal bessere Zeiten gesehen.

Zimmer war gut zu erreichen. Lage war super. Bei unseren vorherigen Aufenthalten ware wir immer sehr zufrieden, dieses Mal traf dies nicht mehr zu, leider. Parkplatzreservierung funktionierte wegen unverschämter Gäste nicht, dass Personal konnte dies leider nicht ändern. Man versicherte uns die Parkplatzreservierung diesbezüglich in Zukunft besser zu regeln.

Keine Bademäntel vorhanden, nur wenig Handtücher. Frühstückskäse, Brötchen, Joghurt - alles schmeckte nach einfachster Qualität aus dem Supermarktregal. Es waren keine Teller vorhanden beim Frühstück, erst bei Nachfrage wurden sie aufgefüllt und waren dann auch noch schmutzig. Kellnerin hustete andauernd (auch auf die frisch mitgebrachten Teller).

Ich fand es insgesamt toll und würde jederzeit wieder buchen - vielleicht dann in einem Zimmer das nicht zur Straße geht

Gut gefallen hat uns die sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre, die Einrichtung mit Liebe zum Detail, das toll gestylte Zimmer, welches blitzsauber war. Das Frühstück hatte eine enorme Auswahl, von der Brotauswahl zum Entsafter, Pancakes, Müsli, Waffeln, Brezeln und Weißwurst - lecker!

Leider war es sehr warm, das Zimmer hatte einen Dyspn Ventilator (der übrigens sehr leise ist!). Bei offenem Fenster hörte man leider sehr viel von der Straße und der LKW zur Anlieferung um 04:00 Uhr hielt direkt unter unserem Fenster. Aber: wir hatten Oropax als „Betthupferl“, was clever gedacht war.

Ein wunderbar gelungener Zwischenstopp mit Erholungscharakter.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer, die keine Wünsche offen lassen. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechlungsreich und nachhaltig angelegt.

Excellent place for a stopover in Kempten.

Very good breakfast. The same place is a Greek restaurant at nite, where they serve excellent food, and the service is very friendly.

Unsere erste Anlaufstelle wenn wir im Algäu sind.

Extrem freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Bett mit verschiedenen Härtegraden je Seite. Moderne schicke Zimmer. Tolles Frühstück! Mini-Bar im Zimmer mit fairen Preisen. Ladeplätze für E-Autos vorhanden.

Zimmer recht hellhörig. Geräuschpegel Abends/Nachts teilweise recht hoch durch den Innenhof und den dortigen Sitzplätzen.

Ein schöner gelunger Aufenthalt! Gerne wieder..

Das Frühstück war super lecker und sehr schön angerichtet. Für jeden auf alle Fälle etwas dabei. Lage war gut, man konnte mit dem Auto schnell alles erreichen, und zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden. Personal sehr freundlich! Zimmer waren schön, gut ausgestattet. Rundum ein sehr zufriedener Aufenthalt.

Es hätte etwas besser geputzt werden können, einige Spinnen und Spinnenweben (für Leute die Angst haben echt schrecklich), paar kleine Haare und Fusseln am Bett. Duschrand bisschen schwarz/braune Flecken. Und das Bad ist sehr klein. Zimmerlage soweit ok, allerdings nachts etwas laut wenn man das Fenster gekippt hat und an der Straßenseite schläft. (Aber das weiß man ja vorher dass, das Hotel an der Straße liegt).

Anna was very helpful and spent a great deal of time helping us with a last minute problem. She is wonderful.

We could not tell where to park our rental car. Perhaps a portable sign saying hotel parking near the outside of the arched entrance would be helpful to visitors who are not familiar with the hotel.

Room was big and spacious. Breakfast is very good.

Room was given on the 3rd floor, but no elevator was available and we were promised that someone at the hotel would help with luggage, yet, only the receptionist was available and she was a rather petit lady who could only help with one, so partially we had to carry up and down our own suitcases. Not ideal for elderly couple.

Dog friendly hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, not so far from tourist attractions. We traveling with our three dogs, the room is big enough fro all of us, it is dog friendly hotel and they charge 10 euros extra for each dog. The breakfast on weekend was perfect but on weekday some menu is not available.

The fridge in our room does not work and it was long weekend so no one come to fix it, it suppose to be changing new room for us but they are not but it was not big deal.

Comfortable, friendly and very clean accommodation.

the building has a beautiful historic architecture and is located next to woods but inside is modern and delightful. the staff are very friendly dressed in beautiful German customers. in addition there is a large parking area in the hotel yard. The price-quality was perfect thanks to booking.com.

There is a Greek restaurant in the hotel building. But we prefer German food. There is no alternative nearby for those who don’t like Greek cuisine.

My favorite hotel in Kempten. Great food and attention. Sauna area is small but truly worth it. Small but lovey hotel.

Service was exceptional. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Superb breakfast that is not going to leave you hungry. Good parking situation around the hotel including private parking.

The room - single business - was very small including the bathroom. There was hardly any space to move in the shower or the room. Bed was average. However, the room was clean.

I arrived at the hotel on my motorbike completely drenched by the rain, shivering and cold. I was told my room was not ready, I had to literally beg for a place to change clothes and I was offered a .. towel. No effort at all to help me. This is definitely a place I will not return to.
