Mittelmäßig aber günstig

Das Hotel war gut zu erreichen

Es gab nur einen Parkplatz für die gesamte Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte keine gute Beleuchtung. Das Zimmer war Nummer 3 und im allgemein ein runter gekommener Zustand. Die Dusche wurde erst nach einiger warm.

Everything was great, room was nice, shared kitchen had everything that we needed.They gave towels. The room was clean.

It was a bit cold in the room, but it's because of the bad weather outside. At some point problem with hot water occured, but they pretty fast fixed it.

This place was cheap

There are people who are living there permanently with kids and kids are screaming up and down the corridor. Parents don’t care and let them cry outside the room. Only 1 female toilet

More Srerile Institution than Hospitality feel

Location was OK. But not as good as I expected. Owners left a big card in the room reminding guests to leave a review. So that made it very easy for me to remember to review it. Even though it was a poor stay.

This place is very sterile and institutional in appearance. The hallways are stark and very noisy when others are around. Walls in rooms let all noise in and it was a noisy stay. The rooms had an odd odor. The room apparently had no heat. The facility needs maintenance, carpet was peeling water damage or poor paint/mold near windows, exposed electric wiring in bathroom, courtyard was unkempt and messy. Not what I expected unfortunately.

Easy to check in and check out. Good attention from staff, asking and concerned about our stay.

The noise made for other clients is listening all around. Towels really smalls to take shower.

The room was clean and very lighted, there is a smart TV which is always good, also the shower and the kitchen were great.

OK-ish if price is key, but not my best reccomandation.

Great communication via WhatsApp and smooth check-in process. Fair price compared to alternatives in the surroundings.

The toilet was not up to the minimum standards (clogged sink and overall not clean). Improvable was the cleaning of the room and shared spaces too. The room was also quite noisy and we couldn't sleep well.

Unwelcoming and dissapointing

Location is close to the center. The room had a unique design.

The check in process was weird, a lot of personal information was gathered. The room was pretty hot and it was hard to get some air in, because 2 out of 3 windows are directly by the street. This leads to the other point - the room was incredibly noisy, because sound came in from the street (it felt like the people walking by were speaking in the room next to you). Noise also came from upstairs and from the corridors between rooms, the walls must be paper thin. The kitchen was quite unequiped, barely any salt, no oil, no pans. There is a coffee machine, but you have to bring your own capsules or by them from the vending machine for 80 Cents a piece. No soap or shampoo was provided. The door to one of the showers didnt lock. The whole Hostel felt quite unwelcoming. I'd suggest to find a better stay, the extra cost will likely be worth it.

It was comfortable and airy and it had a nice outdoor sitting area. A fully furnished kitchen helped save money, cooked dinner and breakfast! All the things needed to prepare your meals! The shared bathrooms were clean, and the showers too were nice and clean and with hot water.

The only issue was the front door that needed handle repair. I should the cleaning staff so they would pass it on. Otherwise it was a good sleep, and watching English speaking Netflix!

Easy access, convenient and comfortable Stay :) - Recommended

+ Easy to locate. + Easy digital key access. + Manager responded to messages quickly. + Nice open garden area. + Near to the City center. Easy access to restaurants and bars. + Near to ZUM (Central Bus Station) bringing easy access to different bus routes. + 15 Minutes walk from central railway station. + Access to grocery stores, Rewe and Netto. + Near to Forum, Allgäu - Shopping Mall.

I had no problems with these, but for someone else it could be. - Separate Toilet and bathrooms could be a disadvantage for multiple days stay on ground level. - Could get noisy for rooms near the walking street.

Perfect spot

Its near to the center, there is a parking just next to the hotel. Its very silent even though the place is next to street. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. There is a shared kitchen also .

The only thing that wasn’t very okey was that there isn’t a reception and everything is happening online. I arrived there ready to pay and get room and they told me to make a reservation by booking which costed me 25 minutes staying outside in the cold.
