Gute Lage, sehr sauber und mit Tiefgarage - topp

Die Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto war topp. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und mit Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Kostenloser Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Leider kein Frühstück buchbar. Die Zimmer waren klein aber für 1-2 Nächte ausreichend.

Great!

It's an introvert's dream! Quick and easy check-in, don't have to talk to anyone, it's perfect. The room is nicer than what I'd expected for the price.

Jederzeit wieder.

Wir hatten das kleine Doppelzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet: Garderobe, bei jedem Bett ein Schrank, geschickt eingebauter Schreibtisch, Fernseher, Wasserkocher, 2 Tassen, Tee, Nescafe - alles war sehr neu und in sehr gutem Zustand. Es war sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer war recht geräumig, es hat alles funktioniert und war sehr zweckmäßig. Vor unserem Fenster gab es in 15 m Abstand eine befahrene Straße: die Fenster schließen sehr gut, sodass man bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts hört - bei geöffnetem aber natürlich schon. Kostenlose Tiefgarage mit Aufzug. Wir hatten kein Frühstück.

Great location, free parking, 24 h check-in possible. Very friendly and welcoming staff at reception.

There was a kettle but no coffee or tea. The outside door lock was malfunctioning a few times.

Good location for overnight stop to ski locations in Austria and Italy. Close to highway. No-nonsense room with douche, toilet, good beds and coffee maker. Good price !

Reasonable Motel but no staff

1. Room was clean 2. The location was good and on the way 3, Motel was easy to find 4. Large parking area 5. Good steak-house a minute walk from the motel

1. There was no internet. The information in the folder was wrong. 2. The key to the room did not work smoothly. I had to struggle and make several attempts to get to the room. 3. I could not leave the window open because it was noisy outside 4. The key to the room was delivered by a machine. There were no staff present to arrange a more suitable and quiet room or report that internet did not work.

Overall a decent place to stay, but it is way too expensive for the basic service you get in return.

Price-quality is not good at all when you compare it to Belgium France, Holland, Italy, Austria etc. It's too expensive for what you get in return. In France/Belgium you get the same type of room and service for 50€ or 60€ per night in an IBIS low budget hotel, breakfast included. In Smart Hotel you pay 95€ for one night, breakfast not included (95 + 18 = 113).

breakfast was very good

- no reception anymore - no staff ?? - had to phone ... but no help ... just do it yourself-message .. "it will work"-message - computer reception charged 2 euro more then booking - time consuming .. had to file twice for 2 rooms pre-booked ... this is Very BELOW expectation - the old system with the "envelop"in the box worked much better + faster

Convenient on the route to Austria, not to far from the autobahn with good restaurant nearby.

Clear communication, Room clean, Elevator for the Dog whois not allowed to walk stairs, more than sufficient breakfast en friendly staff.
