No ventelation in toilet

It’s an okey hotel, though remains expensive for service offered.

The location as it’s close to our parents place

Cockroach in shower. Smell of both rooms. Unfriendly not very helpful reception personal based on shifts. The bar man is incredible unfriendly!

Ok, wenn man mit dem Auto vor Ort ist.

Frühstück sehr gut, aber auch nicht preiswert. Zimmer und Bett waren sehr gut.

Leider der Standort. Keine U-Bahn Station in der Nähe. Man muss mit dem Bus, oder dem Taxi zur Station fahren. Auch zu Fuß haben wir das mal gemacht. Ca. 40 Minuten.

Comfortable stay and delicious breakfast

Very helpful and proactive staff. Comfortable room, and excellent breakfast.

The room was air conditioned, but could not be set according to my personal need and choice. I would have preferred a cooler room temperature considering the warm weather outside.

I was there for a expo at the Messe

The variety of the offer for the breakfast. The position of the hotel very close to the Messe. The room are quiet with no noise.

The price is too high for the quality of the hotel. The room was big, but not super-clean and a little bit "old". But definetely too pricey

Good value stay

The room and toilet are big and clean. The bedroom has a door separate to toilet. And also a pretty big hanger area after the front door so it's easy to hang clothes. I also like the big window so the room get full sunlight and fresh.

The room didn't come with hot water and free coffee. The location is not too far from tram and train station. It's a bit dark and quiet in the area.

Service absolute low and absolute high - Very costly - Buildings need attention

Exceptional service from Sebastian in the evening in the bar restaurant area - thank you

External appearance of hotel dirty and unattractive - unfortunately ashtrays at entrance. Coffee cups not removed regularly from this area. Front garden needs work and building needs paint. for this price Euro 300 per night expected might more, Front office staff disappointing the very thin woman with the long blond hair was rude and unhelpful would avoid this hotel at all costs unless I was desperate

Good

Fitness room, rich breakfast with local specialities. Very kind reception attendants. Good location with lots of restaurants at a walking distance.

Long waiting time at the reception: 20 minutes. The attendant did his best, but obviously the lack of capacity was disturbing: task for the management. e.g. install a trainee for the peak times both at the reception but also the same applies at breakfast. The staff was at the limit of their possibilities, and they were working as fast as robots! Again: task for the management. Weak sound isolation, the neighbour was banging at the wall due to someone snoring. Guests banging huge corridor doors: less chance for having a rest especially for more sensitive people. Narrow parking lots and path at the garage. Training how to behave with guests (breakfast) recommended, but afain the staff is at extreme stress and this is not theor fault: management!

Good value and great services.

It's German breakfast with extra hot breakfast, all good, the room is very big but too hot so we left the window opens all night.

The lift is so so so slow.

Good amenities and front of a bus stop, but a long journey to the city centre.

Room amenities, immediate access to a bus stop front of the hotel, and a wide selection of snacks available with an easy Self-checkout.

Time to reach the city centre.

Great price off season, close to Munich

Large room, expresso machine, 2 extra kids beds prepared even when I only asked 1

Parking outside might be limited if busier, we were able to park in the street though. German beds always have 2 seperate duvets, really weird culture
