Budget Zimmer nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Aussicht vom Zimmer im 6. OG. Frühstück war i. O. Lage im 8. OG mit herrlicher Aussicht . Kleiner Ventilator im Zimmer.

Budget Zimmer nicht empfehlenswert. Sehr warm im kleinen Zimmer. Fleckiger Teppich. Sehr kleines veraltetes Bad . Duschbrause Düsen verschimmelt. Türen der Duschkabine gingen sehr schwer auf.

Falls wir einen Ausflug planen in Neustadt kommen wir wieder zu euch !

Der Nachtschichtmitarbeiter Mohammed war sehr nett und hat mit allem versucht uns zu Frieden zu stellen. Wir haben ziemlich spät und spontan gebucht daher würde ich den anderen Gästen auch empfehlen falls ihr als Familie anreisen solltet lieber davor noch mal anrufen falls beistellbett/ babybett gebraucht werden, so können sie nochmal sich gut vorbereiten. Die Bodenhöhe Fenster im großen familienzimmer welches wir gebucht haben waren toll und boten einen tollen Aussicht auf die Straße. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet mit vielen Handtücher.

Da es keine Rollladen gab war das Zimmer leider sehr hell in der Früh, wenn man ausschlafen möchte muss man versuchen die Vorhänge gut zu halten :-)

Clean and friendly but if you want a good nights sleep this is not the place to stay.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean.

The beds were really uncomfortable. The room was too warm and the location meant it was too loud to open the window. People coming down from the restaurant / bar early in the morning 12.30am, 2am.....were very noisy. The new laminat flooring is very loud when walked on especially at 5am in the morning from the room above.

Sauberes durchschnittliches Hotelzimmer ohne Schnickschnack.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten waren OK. Es gab ausreichend Ablagefläche und die Lage des Hotels war für uns super.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war eher dürftig. Nur recht dünne Bettdecken dafür für uns zu dicke und dadurch unbequeme Kopfkissen Außerdem hat ein Nachttisch am Bett gefehlt, was etwas mühselig war. Am irritierendsten war für uns die Glastür zu Bad, wir hätten uns schon gerne etwas mehr Privatsphäre beim Toilettengang gewünscht und weniger Schaufenstergefühl😅 Insgesamt ein machbares Hotelzimmer, aber dafür doch zu teuer.

Brauche ich nicht noch einmal

Zimmer war relativ großzügig da behindertengerecht (nicht gebucht) - Die Matratzen waren bequem - Kostenfreies Parken am Hotel (wenn man einen Parkplatz ergattert) - Lage für unsere Bedürfnisse vollkommen ausreichend - Personal bemüht, sowohl in der Lobby als auch beim Frühstück

Hotel wie aus den Backrooms... Abgewohnt und die besten Tage hinter sich. Hier wäre mal eine komplette Renovierung nötig! Für eine Stadt direkt an der Deutschen Weinstraße eine Enttäuschung. - Keine Klimaanlagen im gesamten Hotel, dadurch unglaublich warm Wir konnten nur bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen, was leider zur Folge hatte, dass die gesamte Nacht unglaublich lauter Verkehrslärm den Schlaf weder erholsam noch durchgehend machte - Toilette war ungeputzt und noch dreckig vom Vorgänger - igitt! Des weiteren überall, teils klebrige, Fingerdatscher an der Einrichtung und 70er-Jahre-"Chick" - Frühstücksraum + Panorama-Terrasse ebenfalls abgerockt und verlebt, Sitzgarnituren alt und teilweise defekt

Generally we enjoyed our stay in the hot and most of all we enjoyed having breakfast with a panoramic view of Neustadt!

It was ok.

Good location as family lives close by. Lovely view.

It was noisy, people taking outside doors until 1or 2 am, the room doors slamming really loud to be closed. I could also hear the lift. Not enough car park spaces.

Space in the room and the breakfast was good.

There was no facilities to get a coffee or anything to drink during the day. The room was very hot with only a little fan.

Not fantastic but happy with cleanliness and friendly staff.

Two good armchairs and coffee table. Nice and quiet too.

Bathroom towel rail fell off on my hand! Curtains hardly worth having as no black out lining there. Far too light at this time of year and easy to remedy.

Exceptional

I loved the breakfast. The views in the patio area was amazing. The food was excellent.

I thought there was a mini fridge and air conditioning, but I should have read the description better. Overall, my experience was still a good one.

Everything was ok.

There's a fridge in the room which I am glad about. I brought my own kettle with me though. The room was basic, but ok. The view from the 7th floor was fantastic for the sunset! Extra bonus!
