Great position for visiting Luxembourg city

Fabulous location, on the square in the old town. You can walk to most places in the city. Really good restaurant.

A little noisy at night as the square is very busy.

Buen hotel pero con un precio demasiado elevado

La ubicación, en pleno centro. El desayuno es bastante variado. La habitación y el aseo están muy limpios. Tienen una habitación donde guardan las maletas, para poder aprovechar el día, aunque tengas que dejar la habitación.

Las ventanas no están insonorizadas, por lo que se oye cualquier ruido de los restaurantes de abajo, así como también los aviones. El colchón y la almohada son un poco blancos.

Prima locatie maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Toplocatie in hartje centrum!

De kamer was ontzettend klein (nr 21) en dat gold ook voor het bed. Het matras was erg hard. Na één nacht een andere kamer gevraagd (nr 42) en deze was een stuk groter. Bijbetaling was 30 euro per nacht voor 2 personen. Direct doen is mijn advies. Ik zal een volgende keer niet meer naar dit hotel gaan omdat de douchecabine slechts 60x60 cm was. Je kon je niet fatsoenlijk douchen zonder ergens tegenaan te stoten. Echt veel te klein.

Very Good.

The hotel is very well located, with easy access to public transport or parking nearby. The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was very nice, both in terms of space and variety of food. My room very comfortable, quiet (as it faced the back of the hotel) and clean.

It's just a detail, but perhaps it would be interesting to increase the number of staff during breakfast, in order to assist guests.

Amazing hotel in the heart of the action

Very friendly staff, delicious and extensive breakfast, clean room with view looking out on trendy central tourist area but still quiet.

Entrance through restaurant to hotel could be a little more direcr, but I understand the space there is limited.

Our room looked out on a brick wall, and had no sidetables, just wardrobes hard up against the bed on each side, A bit expensive for what it was. No onsite storage for our bikes, although I had enquired when booking and was told we could store them at the hotel. We had to take them to an underground car park - but they were safe, and there was a work station .

Great stuff, perfect location, nice restaurant, upgrade of the room and furniture would be great

Stuff is really great! Helped us with all the requests we asked and even more, offered some help in the areas they are not responsible for.

Bed is awfull, every movement on it probably was heard far away from the hotel

Superb central location. Good selection of food at breakfast and staff helpful. Good value for money.

Room at front of hotel so some noise from square later at night and from cleaners out early in the morning. Didn’t bother us too much though.

The place smells like a smoker room all the time because of the cafe terrace. The breakfast is very minimal even for a 3 star facility

Extremely good localisation (the view on main Luxemburg square), short distance to everywhere, many shops, many restaurants, friendly and helpful hotel staff, I could check out later without any problems.

Really high price, The room wasn't very clean a the beginning, fortunately after first cleaning was better. Hotel staff knocked to my door even when there was "please dont disturb"

Recommendable, I know I will return to this hotel.

The staff where great, always ready to assist. The location is great as it is close to all the old / interesting sights and also very close to various public transports which are free in Luxemburg.

The blankets where too small for the beds.

Noisy and over priced, don’t waste your money on this dump!

Location was great, right in the middle of the town in walking distance to all the sights and bars and restaurants but that’s about all that was good about this dump.

Worst hotel I think I’ve ever stayed in. So much noise from doors banging, people talking, people dragging luggage up and down the stairs until late into the night and from early morning. the shower had no water pressure so couldn’t even enjoy a nice hot shower and could have got more wet pouring a bottle of water over my head. the place also only has one tiny elevator which takes literally 3 mins to call and only fits one person with a small piece of luggage if you are luck. On the whole, the place is over priced and is a dump!

Nice, clean and comfortable stay in central location

Room was clean and bed was comfortable, a decent size for a couple nights. The included breakfast was decent with pastries, cheese, meats, eggs to boil and juices. Nice view out over the square from the restaurant too. Excellent location on the main square.

Because there's no carpets on stairs or corridors you can hear people coming up stairs or walking around quite a lot which could disturb light sleepers.
