Nice stay in Luxembourg

Sehr nette Personal

Frühstück pro Person war 25 Euro. Aber für uns wa kein Problem weil für Kinder war kostenlos. Die keine Kinder haben , ist teuer.

Auf der Durchreise von England in die Schweiz - Luxembourg ist ein Abstecher wert.

Die zwei Doppelbetten waren sehr bequem (auch jenes der Kinder = gleichwertig). Das Frühstück war sehr fein, das Personal nett und das Parking praktisch. Das Gratistram in ganz Luxembourg war ein grosses Plus. Unweit vom Hotel und wir konnten das Auto beruhigt im Hotelparking stehen lassen. Die Spielmöglichkeiten bei der Reception (Töggelikasten etc.) waren cool.

Nebst Dusch und Shampoo hätte ich mir Conditioner als weiteres Pflegeprodukt gewünscht.

A very nice hotel for business travelers.

It's a nice hotel with very professional staff. Location is great for attending business events in Kirchberg. Hotel has a bar with an outside terrace which is always nice. A nice specious breakfast area. Nice bathroom with the great shower.

It's a bit of a mystery why would windows in ground floor rooms open from the bottom up and not from the top. The temperature in the room could not be adjusted. The breakfast was ok, but I expected more (eggs bellow the standard). On the check out they ask that you just leave the key and promise to send invoice by e-mail. Unfortunately, not true...still waiting.

Net hotel, moeilijk parkeren en door verbouwing minder klantvriendelijk, geen restaurant bijvoorbeeld.

Nice room, good bed & bathroom and dog friendly

warm in the room, parking problematic, due to rebuilding, no restaurant.

Fijn verblijf, alleen nog werken aan de bewegwijzering

Mooie ruime familiekamer met heerlijke bedden

De weg in de parkeergarage naar het hotel staat heel slecht aangeduid. En toen we later de parkeergarage in wilden zijn we uiteindelijk maar via de slagbomen gelopen want alle deuren voor voetgangers zaten dicht! Let op! Je moet apart betalen voor het parkeren!

Ottimo Hotel per chi vuole visitare in tatta comodità Lussemburgo.

Stupendo e lussuoso Hotel poco fuori Lussemburgo, comodissimo per la sua posizione strategica a due passi dalla fermata del tram che porta in centro in 5 fermate. Stanze pulite e ottimo staff, sistuato in posizione di prestigio accanto al parlamento europeo.

Great hotel, friendly helpful staff.

Breakfast was really good and had a good range from full English to continental. It had something for everyone. We travelled as a family of 4 and the rooms were of a great size and we were more than comfortable. The hotel was very close to the tram stop so we easily got a tram into the centre to go exploring. We would use this hotel again if we were to go back.

El alojamiento está alejado del centro pero esto no supone un problema, ya que, el tranvía pasa casi por delante del hotel y cómo el transporte público es gratuito pues en un momento estás dónde quieras ir. A 3 paradas hay un centro comercial que hay de todo. La habitación bastante confortable. Si vas en coche tiene aparcamiento .

Echt goed.

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en profesioneel. Als een probleem was dan zocht personeel een oplossing die voor mij goed was. Wat meer verwachten? Gewoon perfect. Ontbijt zeer lekker en ruime keuze.

De wanden zijn te dun en ik mijn buurmensen kon horen. Meer TV-zenders (nederlandstalig, engelstalig).

清潔で明るく、気持ちよく滞在できました！スタッフさんたちも気持ちのいい対応でした。

ベビーベッドを事前に利用希望し、了承の連絡をもらっていたが部屋に準備されておらず、伝えて持ってきてもらった。別途足りないアメニティをお願いしたところ、不在中に部屋に準備しておくと言われたが準備されていなかった。電話をかけて5分くらいで行くと言われたがなかなか来ず困った。

トラムの駅に近くて観光に便利だったこと。受付の女性が地図で簡単にルクセンブルクのことを教えてくれて助かりました！駐車場がある。

L'accueil était impeccable, Clarisse nous a super bien renseigné et était aux petits soins pour nous. La déco, le petit déjeuner ainsi que l'emplacement est top.

Juste la climatisation dans la chambre avec 24 degrés, mais cela a été réglé directement.

buiten dit incident was alles tiptop OK

ontbijt excellent balie heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam badkamer heel net

in de kamer naast ons heel veel lawaai gedurende de nacht. bij onze opmerking is de man zeer geweldadig onze kamer binnengedrongen we hebben de receptie opgebeld en die kwam met een securityman en 2 agenten die erin slaagden de indringer te verwijderen later begon het lawaai opnieuw en kregen we van de receptie een ander kamer 's anderdaags is de lawaaimaker uit het hotel gezet.

Excelente hotel, perto do Centro de Convenções

Hotel impecável. Para quem vai no Centro de Convenções, é uma excelente opção, pois precisa apenas atravessar a rua. O tram fica quase na porta e também é um excelente meio para chegar no centro da cidade, que fica perto também.

Um pouco caro. O café da manhã é razoável, porém também custa caro, como tudo em Luxemburgo.

Very good area, nice staff & clean rooms with everything needed for a short stay

I liked the area the hotel was in as it was quiet but still close enough to transport links. There was no language barrier with the hotel staff and the room was kept clean throughout the stay. The room has a generous size TV, desk and shower as well as aircon, somewhere to hang clothes, mini fridge, hair dryer and safe. They also provide you with a glass bottle that you can fill with water in the hallway which I thought was a very nice touch. We didn't have breakfast during our stay as we used the mini fridge to store some items but we had dinner there which were good portion sizes and friendly staff. The hotel reception had a table that kids could play games on which my son loved. They did also have a kids room that had a football table and a screen as well. It was very good & for my trip next year, I would book again in a heartbeat
