Good place, nothing special, no elevator, but good value for location & very clean.
Door lock very flimsy- thank goodness outer lock was solid. Walk up no fun after long day of sight seeing.

Comfortable and cozy room in a good location and amazingly friendly staff.
Wifi was very slow and wooden floor made it noisy at room

Close to the old town, Porta Nigra just 7 min by walk. The main train station just 15 min by walk. The staff is lovely and polite, specially the receptionist Stephanie.
There’s no lift and the room is very cold ( the heater was off all the time).

Location
It does not have an elevator and we touched the room on the top floor, a very small and very cold room.
In the description he said that he had a minibar, the only thing he had were two small bottles of water, nor a refrigerator as reflected in the photos.
The mattress was very uncomfortable as was the pillow.
One thing that caught my attention, they do not clean the room daily.

Super friendly staff. Room basic but comfortable, able to open both big windows for fresh air, with big trees opposite . Close to centre and we found a nice cafe open off main square early on sunday for good coffee and paninis. A parkhaus nearby (not a park platz).. easy to find and use.. unloaded outside hotel
I'm sorry to say, IMHO the coffee was undrinkable. Basic breakfast ok .. for the price.

great staff, even carried our heavy luggage up to our room for us without being asked. Very comfortable room very clean and even had a kettle. Location good for sightseeing. Breakfast choice was amazing.
safe storage for bikes.

Staff were friendly. It was clean and cheap.
The room ('standard double') was very small and uncomfortable with two little single beds squished together. Bathroom was tiny. Thin walls meant you could hear other guests. Transparent curtains (so bring an eyemask). Location not great.

Fantastic location. Easy walk to all the sights and parking garage super close as well. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast selection was also very good. Lots of choices, from hard boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, muffins, all kinds of breads and rolls. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are clean and staff is very welcoming and available to meet your requests.
Hair dryer works only for barely a minute then it stops. You have to wait for another minute to use it again.

I stayed in a single room. Although the photos don't truely reflect the room, the facilities are just right enough. I will recommend the hotel for people.
The weather is hot, especially the room is located on the top of the floor, however, the fan is dirty.
