Not good value for money. I wouldn’t stay here again.

All staff we interacted with were nice and professional. The location is very convenient.

Unfortunately the hotel is getting very aged and in particular, the bathrooms just have not been kept up to standard. The grouting and silicone throughout the wet areas, including the shower, was mouldy and coming off and a bit disgusting throughout. I didn’t feel clean after using the shower or bath. The bathroom sliding door also didn’t close completely, which meant that there was a 2 inch gap through which the toilet was on full view to the bedroom, which is quite gross if you are staying with anyone else. The breakfast was big but the individual elements were not particularly flavoursome - it was a let down. Overall I would not stay at the property again and did not find it fair value for money. This is disappointing as I have always preferred to stay in Accor-brands hotels, but will think twice before I choose an Accor brand in the future.

Good location but service was lacking

Many food options and shopping malls within walking distance. 5 mins walk to subway station.

Service needs to improve, front line staff need to go through training again and be extra cautious. We were given a room that was occupied by another guest. We were shocked when we entered the room and so lucky the guest was not in the room! At that moment my impression was this hotel is so unsafe, someone can possibly enter my room too 😔 Immediately, we went down and the duty manager attended to us and upgraded our room. She escorted us up to check the room this time. Another issue was we were rejected when we asked the concierge to help us book a restaurant nearby as our esim cannot make calls. We decided to approach the other lady and it happened she was the duty manager. Without hesitation she called the restaurant to do the booking for us. Room was quite spacious but the house keeping did not vacuum the floor in the first 2 nights. Twice the lift button were reset and went down to level 1 when we were at level 15 (we had tapped our card when we entered). Price is also on the high side.

la chambre est spacieuse et le lit est grand l'accès aux chaines internationales la disponibilité d'une table et fer à repasser

le bruit de la climatisation / ventilation la taille des serviettes de bain qui à mon avis sont bien trop grandes. il faut penser à la planète! il manquait une boite de mouchoirs la situation géographique de l'hôtel

因為位置的關係，所以選了這家旅館。周遭的環境繼續建設，所以原本的地鐵出入口正在整修。不過從其他出口出來。也算是方便。

旅館行人出入的地方有點錯綜複雜，要小心一點。

Great Hotel

Great location, plenty bars, shops, restaurants, tourist spots closeby. Room was a nice size, staff were very professional and helpfull, breakfast was very good and the leisure facilities also impressed. Will definitely stay here next time I am in Shanghai and look forward to trying some other Swissôtels during future travels based on this experience. I recommend this Hotel to anyone!

Great experience

The hotel has unbeatable location and very quiet room. It has enough room space and very clean. The fitness center is a bit too classic and the swimming pool was under construction when I was visiting Service in this Hotel is wonderful, it is a great experience to stay in this hotel

Nice, will come back again

Received a warm welcome and got upgraded to executive floor though without privileges. The check out procedure was seamless, too Nespresso machine in the room provides a self serviced hot coffee every day, nice! Location wise, it is near shopping centres, eateries and MRT. A convenient store is just across the road.

The only thing I would like to ask the hotel to improve is the signboard for drop off entrance / exit. The Didi car went wrongly twice according to the map, so we had to get off at the roadside and walked to the hotel, which was quite dangerous in SH with so many motorbikes on the road

great hotel, not too expensive but no international TV Channels.

the room was comfortable and having a bath and a shower , was fantastic. For me the convenient location and the local areas , with loads of eating and shopping options was great.

the TV channel selection was poor. There was only one English language channel and no movies etc. For English speaking news, the only news channel and ACN and it is not a true international station with global coverage.

Great staff and nice facilities. The Spa area with swimming pool is a big plus. Access to the executive lounge also much appreciated.

i need to buy Breakfast as Booking.com didn't provide package including breakfast. However, i can't enjoy the Wechat pay promotion as I can't use Wechat pay HK wallet. What a pity i need to go back the original rate. Please arrange restaurant accept HK Wechat pay. Besides, Thanks for the staff helping me to call the taxi but it seems like they were not happy to do so. This need to be improvement. Some travelers like me that we don't have any CN mobile number, we are not able to use APPs to book a car or call a taxi. Kindly coach the team to understanding non-local constraints.
