Great hotel

Lovely spacious rooms (the family suite was excellent, it had everything that you needed), very quiet but easy walking to main shopping and Bund. Very helpful staff and the hotel was immaculately clean.

Excelente localização, equipe profissional e bom custo benefício para Xangai.

O Green tem um formato de flat com todas as comodidades de um hotel 4 estrelas. A localização dele é excelente, está a apenas dois quarteirões de uma das principais de estações de metro de Xangai, a "People's Square" de onde você pode ir facilmente em qualquer linha ou estação da cidade. Inclusive tem linha direta 2 para o aeroporto, por apenas 7 yuans (em torno de 5 reais) ou a estação principal de trens. Dá para ir a pé na "Nanjing Street" (compras) e a vista do "The Bund". O café da manhã tem opções ocidentais (não espere muito da China nesse quesito) e oriental - na minha opinião vale a pena. Se não gostar do café da manhã local, tem muitas opções de alimentação e restaurantes com todos os preços - inclusive Pizza Hut, KFC e Family Mart. Na estação de metro tem supermercado e você pode comprar produtos e fazer você mesmo no quarto que conta com cozinha. O Green não é a melhor opção de quartos com design "bacana" ou de tecnologia (como atendimento de quarto com robôs levando cerveja), mas é um excelente custo benefício pela qualidade no atendimento, funcionários que falam inglês (acredite que já fiquei em hotéis excepcionais na China, mas que ninguém falava uma palavra em inglês) e na localização. Minhas outras dicas são para os viajantes que vão para Xangai pela primeira vez: a) o metro é excelente e cobre toda a cidade, mas ele fecha no máximo as 23h. b) Taxi no aeroporto é extorsivo. Eles vão te enganar. Use o metro, Maglev para ir na cidade e o ônibus noturno (se chegar a partir de 22h30). c) Use os aplicativos locais para pagamento como o WeChat e Alipay, você pode conectar seu cartão de crédito ou pré-pago (Nomad e Wise) a eles. d) Use um eSim de dados com VPN para acesso do instagram, whatsapp e google diversos - eu gosto do NomadApp.

Gostei bastante. Minha sugestão de melhorias seria mesmo uma decoração/design melhor dos quartos de hotel que lembra os hotéis da década de 90 de New York e um banheiro mais moderno. Mas tudo estava limpo, novo, com amenidades e a cama boa. Meu quarto era no último andar e tinha uma vista bonita na janela. Uma nota entre 8 a 9 é bem justa para o Green. Ficaria nele novamente.

Hotel centrale, spazioso e pulito a Shanghai. Ottima esprienza.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione fantastica. A 5 minuti da East Nanjing Road e People Squadre. Ottima anche la vicinanza ad alcune stazioni della metro. Le camere sono accoglienti, pulite e spaziose. Includono inoltre un piccolo cucinino molto comodo. Ottima esperienza.

Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione in struttura.

The room was thoughtfully decorated--everything was so cozy and convenient and easy to use. I did not encounter any furniture or applicances that was broken--everything worked great! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the location is central Shanghai. Will definitely come back!

Hôtel parfait pour les familles en visite touristique

Idéalement situé, à quelques minutes parc du peuple, du métro et de Nanjing Lu. Les chambres sont très confortables, avec une petite cuisine. Dans les chambres familiales, une machine à laver nous a permis de laver nos affaires.

Les chambres sont loin d'être aussi grandes que ce qui est annoncé. Elles sont même plus petites que les autres hôtels où nous sommes allés. Il y avait une machine à café au rez de chaussée, ce qui n'est pas très pratique, surtout qu'elle n'inspirait pas confiance. Les autres hôtels où nous sommes allés en Chine avaient toutes une machine dans la chambre.

Very good stay. Just addition of few vegetarian items in the breakfast can make it fantastic.

Since we are vegatarians, we dont eat meat. For us, in breakfast there was hardly any choice.

Прекрасный отель , прекрасный персонал , месторасположение ! Чистые комнаты со всем необходимым , персонал прекрасно говорит на Английском , всячески старается помочь , 7 минут неспешным шагом от Нанкин роуд . У нас был 2 комнатный номер на 3 человек - тихо , чисто , очень приятно . В номере полноценная кухня , большой холодильник , стиралка . Убирали каждый день - замечаний нет. Рекомендую !!!!

Нет такого , все супер , единственное нет розеток рядом с зеркалом чтоб высушить и уложить волосы - это чуть расстроило

La pulizia e l’accoglienza. Centralissimo e con super ottimo qualità prezzo È la seconda volta che vado in questa struttura e sono sempre più soddisfatta. Ho provato anche altre residenze o alberghi, sempre in zone centrali, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo al green court non si batte! Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti! Ottima colazione, Bellissime le camere appartamenti con angolo cottura e lavasciuga. Fornita di ogni dotazione e le pulizie erano giornaliere con rifornimento di saponi ed acque! Ripeto super sistemazione in Shanghai!

Perfect location to visit the most interested place in Shanghai. Clean and huge room with all of what you need (well equipped) and very helpful staff. There were different types of food for breakfast and it was fresh and rich. Highly recommend it

Only small thing the wall of room was very thin and you can hear the neighbourhood.

My favourite hotel in Shanghai

The third time in the same hotel and already booked the fourth. The hotel is totally renovated, we stayed in one room apartment, it's fully equipped with kitchen gadgets and a washing machine, and the bathroom was perfect, hotel location is so close to Exit 19 People Square metro station just 5 minute walking, I like this hotel

Хороший отель за свои деньги

У отеля отличное расположение, находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от огромной улицы с сотнями магазинов, начиная от торговых центров и заканчивая большими аптеками с народными лекарствами. Номер студио-плюс был отличным выбором, была своя мини кухня на случай если надо что-то приготовить.

Стойка регистрации была на ремонте при въезде в отель, из-за чего приходилось ездить на 9 этаж для заезда, но мы были предупреждены об этом. Также, у моих коллег во время проживания перестали работать ключ-карты, из-за чего им пришлось идти на стойку регистрации и просить обновить их.

We had a wonderful stay, as many times before. All the staff we met were very friendly and service minded: The reception staff were very helpful and patient, tried their best to accommodate our wish. The cleaning staff were always smiling, the rooms were super clean. When I asked for extra water, it was given without any problem. Once a concierge staff volunteered to get a taxi for me in rain The restaurant staff during breakfast were all extremely friendly and helpful, especially the manager there who seems to work all the time, still very attentive and friendly. There are plenty of foods for both Chinese and Westerns likes. We eat so much and so well, very often we could not eat any more lunch. The apartment is spacious and has a good desk for a little office work. The location of the hotel is central and super convenient for metro, eateries, and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back again when visiting Shanghai.

The bed is comfortable, but a bit narrow for 2 adults.

Love the location, very comfortable stay.

Location was great, close to great restaurants and the Nanjing road, the bund, beds were comfortable—including the pullout bed, super quiet. The staff were very accommodating.

The washing machine was a little smelly at the beginning. After we cleaned it, the smell was gone.

The staff makes up for any uncomfortable situations! Awesome team!

I like this property a lot! The staff is very friendly and helpful including the cleaning staff. I needed to come back to Shanghai to pick up my daughter’s new passport but didn’t realize her visa expired along with the old passport. So, we had to leave a day sooner to handle this situation. Green Court’s staff were very understanding of our dilemma!

Unfortunately, my pillow was not as comfortable this time so, I didn’t rest as well as our previous stay.

A good choice to stay.

The staffs are very polite, kind and response requirement quickly. Hotel breakfast changes menu every day and have eastern and western styles. The food quality is excellent! Room is comfortable with little kitchen which is good for longer stay. The bathroom has bad airflow. Smell mould. It located in a convenient location to shopping, sightseeing area and transportation. It is a nice choice to stay.

I truly hope the bathroom would be more comfortable.

Convenient location and format

The convenience of the location for grabbing a taxi to most parts of central Shanghai for business (and pleasure ie sightseeing). After checking in, there’s no fuss: get the lift and straight to your studio/apartment to rest and freshen up. It is relatively quiet, has a comfortable bed, the convenience of a kitchenette, complimentary water, tea and instant coffee. Overall, it seemed clean and quite organized. Parking available onsite.

I chose to stay in a studio, and although it had two dining chairs and a table, it was missing a small sofa in the large area beside the bed and the wardrobes. Also, I wasn’t too impressed by finding tatty bath towels on my first night, a chipped bathroom door that didn’t close/open properly, and some dust under the bedside tables. Lastly, although to some extent I comprehend, I wasn’t in the least impressed on checking out when the receptionist (Nemo) showed me a photo of a chipped kitchen drawer and enquired whether I knew about this. Until that moment, my impression of these apartments had been positive. Subsequently, I shared my observations (which I had politely guarded until then) and suggested that the management keep a log of all chipped drawers/doors/furniture and any faulty contents and replace them to avoid such issues in the future.

The staff - always so helpful (not just the front desk, but the maids also), terrific value... i just hope my snoring doesnt disturb others! The walls seem thick though
