Room was spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Very nice to have access to the terrace from the room. Breakfast provided a very nice variety of items. Everything we needed.
The restaurant staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They were the highlight!
4.1
Friendly, great food, local knowledge
I got a balcony: but it was shared, and is ashtray central. If I had known, I would have asked for a different room

There was nothing to dislike. Beautiful and everyone was lovely.
We only stayed one night.

Restaurant staff was SUPER friendly, caring, and kind. The bed was extremely comfy, and everything was REALLY clean. At night, there are ZERO noises, and the hotel is perfectly located for MARVELOUS walks in both directions of the Engadin valley. The spa area is cozy and accessible without prior reservation.
Although the food was fine overall, it could have had a little more flavour: the olives on the pizza and the truffles on the pasta were both surprisingly bland.

welcoming staff, clean, nice breakfast

Very nice charming little hotel near to St. Moritz!
Boring and quiet at night, but that‘s not necessarily a bad thing
4.1
Great friendly service, excellent balance quality/price for family run hotel, with nice curated atmosphere from roof top panoramic terrasse, to SPA, Restaurant and cosy wood pannelled rooms.
Convenient location between the Sils Lake, Ski slopes, charming village of Sils Maria, on your way to St Moritz (10mn drive).
Covered Parking facilities at extra reasonable cost.
Breakfast buffet was extensive but could have been a little more curated in choice of ingredients & offer.

amazing property, clean, nice amenities, good breakfast buffet, high quality in-house restaurant , efficient checkin/checkout, extremely friendly staff (btw. all fluent in German/Swiss German, Italian, English and Romantsch (and many more))! What we loved most about the hotel was the cozy rooftop (indoor and outdoor) for nice pictures but also for watching a movie or so during a cold night.
it’s a bit of a lottery if you get a parking in front of the hotel or not. perfect if you get one, otherwise you’ll need to go to a underground parking lot for 12 CHF/night (but at least you’ll get a badge from the hotel so you can move in and out of the parking lot as many times as you like without paying extra).

the restaurant staff at the breakfast were friendly
the thermostat/heating did not work properly and our room was very hot.
the sofa had major damages; looked like scratch or chewed by a dog.
the bathroom vent/fan is very loud.
the decoration is simple and ugly.
there is a very big step at the entrance when you enter the room, and I almost fell because I did not notice it since the room is dark.
at check out they insisted that my room was not paid online until I showed them the receipt and my online credit card statement. they should check their records before producing the final receipt.

A bit curt receptionist
Pillows in bed

Really cosy little hotel, made for a great weekend getaway. The small, enclosed rooftop is a cool plus. Breakfast was pretty good too :)

Great hotel, with superb views, good size rooms, nice restaurant and friendly staff. Liked the panorama terrace upstairs.
Breakfast could have a bit more selection

You get free ticket for all cable cars in the area (which is probably something all hotels have). The breakfast was ok but nothing really fancy. Bad luck, the steam bath didn't work.
Not used to book junior suite but the one we had is what I would call useless. There is a wall in the middle of the room which makes the bed side as big as the part for the table with the coffee machine and you cannot watch tv from the couch. Bathroom was nice but there is not even something to hang your towel.
The service at the restaurant was not good, the waiter was probably going through a bad day.
The first thing you hear when you arrive is that parking is for the restaurant only, you have to pay 12CHF/day at the public car park nearby.

Very good location. Car parking was available in the very near underground parking at sFr. 12 a day.
Food: breakfast and meals at the restaurant are good.
Although pets are accepted. I did not get the room I have reserved because pets weren’t aloud in this room. Only one coffee machine in the breakfast room for all hotel guests (queue up) and rather poor quality. Had to make a reservation for dining in the restaurant, unfortunately was mostly sold out already at 10.00 in the
morning or you had to wait till after 8pm. We could eat only the first evening. Additional cost of Fr. 13 a day for your pet.
I expected more comfort for the price and additional costs for the dog. No coffee or tea facilities for coffee or tea in the rooms.

Really nice and comfortable hotel with a cozy bed. The room and the bathroom have been clean. I had the room with the balcony, which you have to share with 3 other rooms. But you have enough space, because the balcony is along the whole side of the building. The room itself is quite big. The bathroom is new and for 1 person is enough space. For two persons, it would be a little too small, but the other rooms have bigger bathrooms.
The restraurant is very good, just like the breakfast.
The hotel is very quite and the staff is very friendly.

Good location..Nice decor. Clean (although housekeeping do not make the room everyday).
Unfriendly staff (especially at breakfast time!). Exceptionally small bathroom. Dim lighting in bedroom. Poor value compared to other hotels in the town. No underground parking, the hotel parking costs 12chf per night for a space on the street.
4.1
Excellent breakfast and dinner
Fridge in the room would be a plus
