The best location you can imagine. 800 m to the nearest U-bahn station and just a walk away from The Tempelhoffer Feld.
The free car park is an asset.
A spacious room.
Breakfast is basic but there is everything an average person would need for breakfast. And it's tasty. I had plenty every morning.:)
There is a REWE supermarket in front of the hotel in case you need anything.
The martress is a bit too soft and the pillows are big. But I assume it's hard to satisfy everyone. Some prefer soft martresses, others like harder ones.

The receptionist was very accommodating, and the bedding, bathroom etc were all clean enough.
The heater in the room couldn’t make a dent - it’s right along the window, and in minus temps the room just stays cold regardless of the heater being on. I also didn’t have any of the hotel stuff I’d expect - bathrobe, shower cap etc. The TV is all German, I couldn’t even find CNN or English language Euronews..

The hotel is rather small and unassuming-looking, but very pleasant. It's located close to the higway exit and very close to public transport - bus stop is like 50 m away, and you can either take it to the U-bahn to change, or go straight to the city center.
The hotel is clean, warm (October was a bit chilly, inside was warm), it has a parking lot.
If you stay on the 1st floor, there is no view to speak of. 2nd floor rooms have a view of the former airport, Tempelhof.

Quiet, clean room in a nice neighbourhood not far from public transport to the city center, very helpful staff. I didn't try their breakfast, so can't comment on that.
Bed was a bit too soft for comfort

Check in was easy, the 24h staff was very friendly, and the hotel is close to the former airfield Temperhof, which is perfect for a 10km run in the morning after a perfect night in a comfortable bed.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times since 2016, this was my first visit since 2019 and Covid. My reason for staying in this hotel is it provides a good level of facilities at a reasonable price. The location is close to the U6 and bus routes and I can get to the new airport easily from the SBahn at Templehof. It is also a short trip into the centre of Berlin via the UBahn.
The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are good, the bathrooms have a satisfactory shower and they also have a bidet,
The breakfast has an adequate choice, however, I would prefer more hot Options, e.g. Speck and sausages. They provide scrambled, fried and boiled eggs.
I asked for a kettle and mug for my room to make Chamomile and green tea and this was provided,
I prefer tea at breakfast and t-bags are provided and very hot water is stored in a Samovar to make a pot of tea. The Samovar does not keep the water hot enough for my liking, so I tended to drink Coffee which was stored in jugs on the table which kept it hot.
