Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer okay. Um die Augen abends zu schließen, hat es gelangt.
Wie immer zu Events am Wochenende zu teuer.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft und dem Frühstück voll zufrieden. Danke dem Personal.

Staff, location and breakfast
The triple room was misleading for me, the third bed was only an extra bed squeezed to the side of the main bed. I changed to the superior and then it was ok.

Die Lage mit U-Bahn um die Ecke und Verpflegung aller Art ist optimal.
Es gibt kein zentrales Treppenhaus, man kann nur über die Fluchtreppen zu Fuß seine Etage verlassen und diese sind one way.

A great location, really comfortable bed and great pillows, I really appreciated two different pillows so that I could choose!

A comfortable hotel in a great location, very close to the Opera, at a good price. I will consider this as a reasonable place to stay when planning my next trip to Berlin.
Nothing.

Lovely hotel in quiet neighbourhood, though few steps away from shopping street Wilmersdorfer str. U (that is underground) Bismarck is 100-200m, S Bahn Charlottenburg (from where there is a direct route to Berlin Airport)is 8-10 minutes on foot. Charlottenburg Palace can be reached within 15 minutes on foot.
The hotel itself is very cosy, with a nice welcoming staff. Superb breakfast with wide choice (vegan, lactose free options as well). Rooms are quiet, nicely furbished. Overally I’d come back at any time.

Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms, nice and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, very good location.
We were lucky to find a parking spot in the hotel parking for 18eur/24h. There are not many parking spaces which are non-exclusive for hotel guests.

The room is very clean and spacious. Complimentary kettle, coffee and water in the room.
The location is next to the underground station
Lots of supermarkets arround.
The lighting in the room was low. It needs to increase a little bit

Facilities and value for money is very good, good location. Many restaurants and fast food places as well as a shopping centre nearby.
There’s parking included however the hotel itself is quite big and there are not enough parking spaces. We arrived later in the evening for check in and we had to find oaeking imon the street nearby, luckily we got a spot.

Ironing room located in the toilet is a very bad idea. Bad, bordering on disgusting.
If the owner wants to save money by not providing irons to the rooms, they could at least provide a separate room for ironing. Even a clean toilet is not a nice place to iron one's clothes.

Good location: the subway station is quite close. There is also a wonderful palace nearby that is possible to visit (Charlottenburg palace). I highly recommend.
The toilet is very weird. but nothing that would compromise my evaluation. On the other hand, the bathroom is large.

The breakfast was beyond expectations: abundant and tasty, perhaps the best coffee I had in last years in a hotel. The services are top - your room is on daily basis carefully cleaned. The general rules of the house are to be found scanning the QR code, not on print papers. Check-in and check-out (or Check-aus, as the Germans say) procedures are smooth and clear. Leonardo Hotel may be your usually place of stay in the Western part of Berlin, as it is well-connected due to U2 and U7 underground lines - 2 minutes to Bismarckstraße station. In a 15 minutes walk, you are in front of Charlottenburg Palace. Deutsche Oper is very near, 5 minute by foot. Wilmersdorfstraße is a traditional commercial street, you'll find whatever you want.
If your room is on the first floor you cannot use upstairs, but the elevator - it is somehow a waste of resources. Nothing to complain. Definitely, I advise you to give it a try, especially if you like to discover neighbourhoods, shops and small bars.

slow elevators, stairs send you out to the street not to the reception

Spacious room in good condition, nice interior of the hotel (hall, rest areas, restaurant), near the subway, clean linen and towels, kettle in the room. I would recommend this hotel to friends as a worthy alternative for the price and service.

great food, good location and friendly staff
it didn’t have a fridge and it wasn’t too warm inside.

Good location, nice staff, cleanliness
The beds are a bit small and the bathroom door wouldn't close properly

Excellent buffet breakfast. Perfect location for my visit to Deutsche Oper, five minutes walk away, and in any event close to U bahn station for further city connections.
