Gute Adresse fürs einen kurzen Trip.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und für zwei Personen ausreichend groß.

Die Schiebetür zu unserem Badezimmer hat quietscht und dämpfte kaum Geräusche.

Sehr nette Unterkunft - tolles Frühstück - angenehmes Zimmer - wir kommen sicher wieder!

Das Zimmer war für unsere Zwecke völlig ausreichend, da wir nur am Wochenende in München waren. Wir baten um ein ruhiges Zimmer und dieser Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt. Alles war super sauber, es gibt genügend Platz und Steckdosen. Was ich besonders angenehm empfand: endlich mal ein gut beleuchtetes Bad. Störend ist nur die Schiebetür - die hat immer geklappert. Die Betten waren bequem, wir hatten jeweils ein zweites Kopfkissen und der Fernseher ist schön groß. Eine Flasche Wasser war am Ankunftstag gratis dabei. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr reichhaltig, alles wurde gleich aufgefüllt und wer hier hungrig aufsteht - der ist selber Schuld!Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage war für uns optimal da wir unsere Tochter besuchten, die ganz in der Nähe wohnt. Uns hat dieses Hotel sehr gut gefallen, wir waren das erste Mal dort und kommen sicher wieder.

Wenn wir das Zimmer zur Straße bekommen hätten, wäre es dort sicherlich ganz schön laut. Gut daß wir schon bei der Buchung um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten haben. Direkt zur Straße ist vorm Hotel eine Bushaltestelle. Auch die Schiebetür zum Bad war sehr laut, wenn man diese auf- und zuschloß. Sie klapperte.

Lovely Boutique Hotel with nicely designed Rooms and rich Breakfast Choice

This is one of my favourite small Hotels in Munich… Love the rooms, very clean and modern, comfortable and all is there that is needed, Lovely fresh Breakfast, been there several times already

Lovely , friendly, hotel, easy to stay for a business trip.

Easy check in, friendly staff, nice spacious room. The windows were very good against street noise. Wifi was perfect. Breakfast very nice .

The mattress was very hard. However, I guess , that is a personal opinion.

Short family vacation

Nice small hotel with about 40 rooms and 6 parking places. There is no A/C for cooling, just heating elements. Our stay was during the heat advisory so the front desk staff was nice to give us a fan for cooling the room. Breakfast is amazing with homemade preserves and good value for money.

Difficult to find parking. Prepare to stay hot at night.

I will come back.

Perfect hotel in a nice district of Munich. Next to the stream, an ice cream parlor with delicious Affogato coffee, shops and a restaurant. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, considerate, with a fantastic attitude towards children. Hotel and room with a balcony comfortable, very clean, nice dining room with a nice garden. The room is optimally furnished, with a balcony overlooking the garden and trees, a safe in the room, very nice towels in the bathroom and very nice smelling cosmetics. The breakfasts are modest, but tasty, very good coffee and bread. Easy accommodation, lots of amenities. We recommend and will definitely come back.

Very pleasant stay apart from afternoon/evening temperature of room.

Pleasant functional design of room using natural materials (wood).

Room was located on top (third) floor below roof with window facing west. As it was very warm during the day the room got very hot. No air conditioning.

Great place to stay

This was a really nice area. The hotel Beas modern, clean and comfortable. Staff we’re very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and with good choice. The restaurant next door also serves delicious Italian food.

Very clean hotel

The room was very clean and neatly organised. There were also free parking spots available for us to park the car. A bus stop to the Ostbahnhof was just in front of the hotel, very convenient. The breakfast was also very good.

I'll surely return.

Good breakfast, well presented, everything very clean. I understand that hotels in these days tend to offer their rooms with the choice: breakfast "yes/no" so that the "best room rate" looks better and they get a higher position when the search results are sorted ascending by room rate. In hindsight I'm glad I decided to book my room WITH breakfast. (If you desperately want to save some money, ok, book without breakfast, a bakery is just around the corner. But to me the extra money to have breakfast in this nice hotel hotel was well spent.)

My typical "complaint": I'm travelling for business and usually have to work in the evening. The "desk" was only about twice my desktop's size. Though the positive surprise: there were two(!) wall sockets right at the desk, no problem to plug in my laptop AND the mobile phone charger at the same time. And even two more wall sockets left and right of the large bed, and another one in the bathroom. (And the ceiling light could be switched off from the bed.) Well done by the electrician who planned the room interior ... if only the one responsible for the remaining interior design of the room had had in mind people like me, who have to do office work after hours. (But I'm used to have very limited desk space, it isn't a problem specific to this particular hotel, it's common place … sadly.)
