Dominic in particular but everyone in general was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Room was comfortable and quiet. Very close to everything in old town including the S bahn (subway)

Pros : staff were amazing and made sure to let me know about VIP services I could receive. Cons: parking was included in my stay, however it was very difficult to find and the surrounding areas was full of construction and road closures. Overall stay was good.

This truly is a 3 star hotel not 4. My room was like a dorm room in a college building. There is nothing special about this hotel and really felt below any 4 star expectation.

Not worth the money. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. The room is tiny, shower is even smaller. Room got very hot no active A/C But it is within Walking distance to main attraction and subway

Arrived at Concorde about 11:00 after an overnight flight and to our surprise the room was ready and they let us check in. Their check in time is 3:00 so this was so nice. They also upgraded our room and because we booked on Hotels/Expedia they gave us a late checkout. The room was clean and modern. It appeared to be completely renovated recently. The hotel is in a great area close to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Last but definitely not least the included breakfast is incredible. If I’m ever back in Munich I will definitely stay at the Concorde.

The hotel hit all the targets we were looking for: walking distance from old town, breakfast included, parking available, not too expensive, and it was quiet. The front desk service was excellent and the rooms were as good as expected.

The staff are extremely helpful. All requests for cabs were timely made, any questions asked before our trip were answered immediately. Breakfast was wonderful each day with so many choices. The hotel was in a quiet spot accross from a school. Quick walk to Marianplatz and Hoff Brahous. We booked a suite which basically is 2 rooms because we had 3 people. Not huge but there were 2 bathrooms and plenty of space for clothes. I would stay here again.

All the other reviews are correct. This hotel is a great bang for your buck! The location can't be beat - 2 blocks from the Hofbrauihaus, and less than 5 minutes to the Marienplatz. Breakfast was plenteous and included hot foods ( eggs, sausages, European bacon), tons of bakery products ( pretzels are my new favourite breakfast food!); and fruit/cheeses. Staff was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.
