El maltrato del personal

Lamentablemente fuimos estafados con la reserva de un Transfer al aeropuerto. Era de madrugada y la embarcación no llegó, logrando que perdamos el vuelo. Posteriormente iniciamos reclamo con el hotel y responden con evasiones.

Average hotel but in a good location

Property was very central and the staff were very nice and helpful.

The wallpaper in our room was peeling off the walls in places and one of the lamps at the side Of the bed had loose wires showing which had been taped up.

Emplacement entre la place saint marc et le pont du rialto, petit déjeuner complet, hôtel simple et efficace. possibilité de laisser son sac en rendant la chambre et de le récupérer plus tard.

seul bémol pas très grave : mauvaise odeur venant de la salle de bain

Hotel a dos minutos de san Marco, muy agradable, volveré sin duda

La excelente ubicación, a 2 minutos de la plaza de san Marco, las almohadas y la cama muy cómodas, la limpieza, el desayuno, la amabilidad del personal, la zona de desayuno

No es que no me gustase, pero está un poco antiguo, el papel de la habitación regular… poca cosa con respecto a sus ventajas

Beautiful Place

It's such a beautiful room. The breakfast was very good, and in the afternoon they gave a small snack as a courtesy. We really enjoy this hotel.

The staff and location were great, our room a big disappointment. Check the room you are booking carefully!

fantastic location near St Marc’s square, wonderful and helpful staff; beautiful dining area and hotel reception, with good buffet breakfast.

We were very disappointed in our room, especially given other guests’ excellent reviews. The rooms must be highly variable in quality as we had a tiny double room, the size of a child’s bedroom, the bed against one wall so only accessible from one side or the end, the floor was sloping so all the furniture and bed on a tilt towards one wall and the bathroom was tiny. It was difficult to sit on the toilet between the wall and toilet roll holder. It was difficult for my husband and me to get around each other in the bedroom and individually to fit in the shower and toilet, and we are not large, overweight people!

Charming hotel- perfect location.

The property is perfectly located, about 300 feet from St. Mark’s. It was easy to find, front desk assistance was great, and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and afternoon coffee/tea. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment, which was in an annex 1 block away from the hotel, but it was great. 1 bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with dining area downstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. It was perfect for our family. The apartment contained a washer machine (no dryer, but drying rack provided). The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, pots, etc. Close to excellent restaurants and shopping. We would stay again and recommend it to family/friends.

Very enjoyable stay in a very pleasant hotel close to everything we wanted to do.

Excellent location close to St Marks, and transport to other areas. Good breakfast, and free afternoon tea. Really helpful staff on reception.

The bathroom was very small, and friends staying in room 101 had only one power socket so had to ask for an extension lead.

Good people, best breakfast, rooms are made in ancient style, nice bathroom and shower

Twin beds instead of one double bed. Noisy rooms and I could hear everything going on in the corridor. Noisy bells that start from 6 am - this is not the fault of the hotel of course, but it doesn't make the situation more comfortable. The biggest problem was air conditioning which produced a lot of noise even if turned off. Idk maybe I was so unlucky with the room. Also beds and pillows are not really good.

Very friendly helpful reception staff; one gentleman in particular helped me with queries. Fantastic central location. Lovely breakfast each morning good variety. Clean rooms. Toiletries in room.

Very noisy in the rooms; thin walls; interjoining door could hear the neighbours talking. Noisy water system when people flush or shower. Tiny room with bed against the wall so had to climb over hubby to get out. But didn't spend alot of time in the room.
