il percorso spa e il giardino esterno. la camera accogliente e il letto molto comodo, colazione a buffet ottima e variegata

Da ripetere..

La struttura molto carina, servizi ottimi, colazione davvero fantastica. Abbiamo usufruito della spa, siamo stati bene, complimenti alle massaggiatrici

Per quanto concerne la spa...non ci hanno fornito un accappatoio ma un asciugamano, abbiamo dovuto cambiarci negli spogliatoi della spa ..in armadietti senza lucchetti. Finito il massaggio siamo tornati su con asciugamani addosso!

Inaccettabile rapporto qualità prezzo scarso

Struttura che conoscevo, ero già stato loro ospite, con immense potenzialità...rimaste tali e forse oggi sono un peso per loro.

Accettazione imprecisa ho chiamato tre volte prima di riuscire a prenotare la SPA, arrivo in SPA non trovata la mia prenotazione. Letto in camera scomodissimo e rumorosissimo. Inaccettabile andare in una SPA e condividerla con almeno altre 15 persone e non poter usufruire della sauna e bagno turco perché iper affollato. Inaccettabile andare all'area tisanerie e trovare due sole tisane disponibili, ergo senza scelta, con i bollitori vuoti e recarsi all'accettazione SPA, richiamare la loro attenzione e far ripristinare i bollitori con le tisane. Colazione? Nulla di che siamo arrivati alle 8,30 il buffet si presentava ampio, alcuni prodotti quale la ciotola della ricotta terminata, informato il servizio mi son sentito rispondere: ho visto, ripristino i cornetti e poi provvedo. Sono risalito alle 9,30 la ciotola sempre vuota. Qualità dei prodotti cornetteria sotto la media del business hotel.

Soggiorno a Matera

Ho apprezzato tanto la pulizia e la gentilezza dei camerieri; buoni i cocktail del barman e bellissime le decorazioni di Natale. Camera delle dimensioni giuste, anche se avrei preferito la presenza di un balcone! Ottima la posizione a pochi minuti da Matera e da un supermercato; è ottima la presenza di un parcheggio direttamente in loco. Apprezzata la presenza di dispenser per doccia e bidet

Non ho gradito molto le piscine della Spa. Premettendo che abbiamo bloccato il nostro percorso benessere e nessuno, fino a quando non siamo entrati, ci aveva comunicato che le cascate e l’idromassaggio non fossero funzionanti. Vabe.. tralasciando questo, l’acqua delle piscine era fredda e non mi è piaciuto che dopo averlo comunicato, circa 5 minuti dopo l’ingresso, la ragazza mi abbia risposto che per loro la temperatura era quella giusta perchè c’erano 34 gradi già.. purtroppo non era assolutamente vero, perché praticamente tutti faticavamo ad entrare nelle piscine, fino a quando poco prima di andare via si sono attivati per riscaldarla. Vabe.. direi che un disservizio del genere dovrebbe almeno farti pagare il percorso al 50%! Stessa cosa per la cena.. tagliere piccolo ma molto buono, riso praticamente non cotto. Si sono scusati e ho apprezzato che ci abbiano offerto un dessert per cercare di rimediare ma i due primi comunque li ho pagati 28€ come se mi fossero stati dati buoni e il mio ragazzo è stato male tutta la notte, non ha dormito e abbiamo dovuto posticipare il check-out pagandolo 40€ nonostante fosse stato causato da loro! Da un hotel 4 stelle non lo ritengo un atteggiamento concepibile.

Carino ma si può fare di più

Struttura accogliente e mantenuta molto bene, personale cortese, posizione buona ma non vicinissima a Matera, ci vogliono almeno 15 minuti di macchina, colazione eccezionale!!

Attenzione : le foto collegate alle stanze non sono veritiere!

Un hotel bellissimo, curato bei minimi particolari, staff professionale e cortese. Pulizia perfetta, colazione STRAORDINARIA. Stanze spaziose e ben arredate. Ristorante superlativo Davvero consigliato

Escape in paradise

This hotel is an oasis of comfort and elegance and provides a very good and abundant breakfast. One of the highlights of our stay was the swimming pool surended by palmtrees where we relaxed in a very hot afternoon. In addition to the remarkable amenities, the hotel boasted a variety of leisure facilities including spa, lush gardens and bar pool. Last but not least the staff dedications to hospitality left a good impression on me.

My only regret is that my stay was not longer

Internet connection was very poor in pool area and it was dropping in the hotel lobby. This should be fixed because it isn't at the level of this hotel. For example I was staying at some regular hotel just day before (actyally family house) where I didn't had any issues with wifi during my stay but here I really had to use 4g internet most of the day because of hotel's wifi just wasn't reliable even with the empty pool area

A nightmare of service. Terrible Staff ( the ones we deal to)

The staff were very, but very unprofessional. I arrive with my family (4 and a baby) by car around 21h30. Asked for a communicated room, nobody answer the message. Even so, when I arrive a person that check in ourselves, wai t a little while trying to see a solution, but one of the rooms where dirty and not ready. If they saw the message, it could be possible to have the communicated rooms. Then, I advise that I need to dinner, while I was waiting. I saw that the kitchen closes at 22h. While waiting for this confusion I asked my wife to go dinner, because I understand that could happen what it happen if I didn’t come up. 21h50, my wife asked to dinner with three kids and the employee, did a bad face and feel that he is going to see if it is possible (closes at 22h not at 21h50). Meanwhile I arrived when he come and was prepared to say no, and I have to insist in the hour. Finally he told it was possible. The dinner was all with a bad service and bad face. Top of the dinner, they didn’t served the desert. Just left the kitchen , without asking if we need anything more. The true was, they didn’t want to burn creme brûlée. After that after arrive to the bedroom, and put the kids sleeping, the internet didn’t work. I call reception, and they say you have to come to the reception (I was in bed!!!!) The day before, I tell the problema at the reception, and the just gave us a new code and tell it’s going to work and it works. The day before, they could do the same by phone. A terrible service. I never pass one more minute in the hotel, and just slept one more night and go away.

Also hor hotel guests they Charge 50 EUR for access to indoor pool and saunas - for only 90 minutes!

Outside swimming pool only opened after 3 p.m. . Although the Hotel premotes Spa facilities - this is the only hotel we have visited and had to pay 50 EUR for 90 minute access to a small indoor swimming pool and saunas. This was a very negative surprise.

Disappointing

We stayed for 4 nights. The dining room menu was the same every night which was quite limited. Never had to pay for the spa pool before - yes you would expect for treatments but not general use. The outside pool was not even in operation. Bedrooms ok and clean but not enough storage need some draws. Could do with somewhere just t have snacks in the evening not the dining menu.

Amazing place to relax near Sassi di Matera Unesco heritage

Even if it was a very short stay, we enjoyed it very much! The hotel has a large and beautiful garden and plenty of parking spots! The lobby looks welcoming and the staff was very friendly! We had a standard room, it was large and clean, well equipped with everything you might need for a short/long stay. The bathroom was very nicely decorated and comfortable. We had a very good breakfast with plenty of local traditional pastries, hot and cold specialties. It was a great overnight stay before visiting Sassi di Matera Unesco heritage...

Nothing in particular, everything was just fine: the place looks exactly as described and reflected in pictures. We will definitely return!

A decent stay 15 mins out of Matera

The hotel was 15 mins from sassi matera. The room was not ready on arrival and we were not offered a space to store our luggage so we had to take it to Matera. We were told we would be given a call and we were not. we had booked a room for 3 people but she said we didn’t. Breakfast was just a 4/10. Day 1 - it was mayhem. Dishes breaking, no tables to sit on. Food running out. Dishes breaking. No cups for tea Day 2 - staff rudeness was on high alert. pancake batter not replaced, bread not replenished when asked. all equipment was promptly closed at 10am. Beds were 2 joined together with a mattress topper. not very comfortable. The extra bed was a pull out and was filthy. Telephone did not work in the room and we had to keep down to reception. slippers not provided. Toiletries not replenished. They did not have air conditioning and it was apparently not on. Our room was 31 degrees !!! Big shout out to one of the lady staff members at 8pm who helped order a pizza as the restaurant did not have anything vegetarian.
