Excepto el check in, todo fue increíble.

Me encantaron las instalaciones, la ubicación, la comida, el trato,…

La tardanza en entregarnos la habitación. Nos entregaron la habitación pasadas las 16:00h por el hecho de haber hecho el check in on line. Nosotras al no conocer el hotel, elegimos una habitación al azar, y esa fue la última habitación en realizar la limpieza. Llegaban personas mucho después que nosotras, que le asignaban una habitación y podían acceder varias horas antes que nosotras. Les pedimos si podían solucionar el número de habitación, pero no lo hicieron. No aconsejo hacer check in on line, si tienes la opción de hacerlo en el alojamiento.

Cómodo si vas a pasar tiempo por madrid, si tienes un horario y necesitas unas horas de descanso no lo recomiendo para n

Lo que me gustó fué que estuviera al lado del santiago bernabeu, buena ubicación. La ducha resultaba cómoda con sus champú, acondicionador y gel especialmente de té verde, me gustó, al igual que la amplia gama de cojines! Un montón!

Lo que no me gustó fue la falta de organización y coordinación, quedé con un acogimiento con champán y me llegó a deshora y a la hora de disfrutarlo estaba caliente y mal. La habitación en la que me alojaba tenía enchufes de red (creo) o enchufes sueltos (un peligro), húmedades y marcas en el techo y por no hablar de los problemas con el ascensor, más de media hora de espera para bajar a planta baja.

El desayuno estuvo espectacular, mucha variedad, tanto para vegetarianos como para los demás, y postres caseros. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda para dejar las maletas y no tropezar y la cama super cómoda, y el extra de las almohadas estuvo genial, ya que no hay que estar pidiéndolas a recepción.

Tuvimos una incidencia con el aire acondicionado, que primero no calentó, lo arreglaron, pero luego no se apagaba y pasamos mucho calor por la noche.

Excellent stay for family

An excellent stay! Everything was clean, great WiFi, spacious and close to metro/bus stops so easy to get around. We had requested a cot for our 1 year old daughter which they provided with a little welcome gift of toiletries for her. The staff are friendly and helpful. They went beyond, cheered her up and gave our daughter a teddy bear. So lovely gesture! Her teddy was with her everywhere we went. Also to mention, the breakfast buffet was the largest and most various types I have ever seen.

Only one thing, the shower room would be better if it wasn't see through. Even you had curtains through the wall to separate the rooms.

enjoyable but a fridge in the room for guests to cool water is essential

the facilities were great

the location was too far from the main centre of town. I would like to suggest that a small fridge for guests be available in the room so as we can cook our drinks etc. that was the most disappointing aspect

Far Far Away with rude front desk manager. You are paying a lot for the breakfast, not the room!

The breakfast is great.

The location is far far away from all that you would want to see as a tourist, but I am sure it is great for all the conferences that were here. The front guest manager Carlos is absolutely terrible. Rude, unprofessional and uncompromising. The room is nothing special for the price.

I like NH collection hotels. However, this one is over rated and did not meet my expectations. Room was old and not very clean! Not worth the price I paid.
