Très bel endroit pour se reposer en couple et idéal pour les familles

Très bel hôtel bien situé à 5 minutes à pieds de plusieurs jolies plages et commerces. Facile d’accès depuis et vers l’aéroport via 2 bus. L’ensemble du personnel est charmant et vous accueille toujours avec le sourire que ce soit à la réception, aux repas, à la piscine, au bar et les dames qui font le ménage sans répit !Chambre climatisée, spacieuse, équipée d’une terrasse ,d’un petit frigo avec 1 bouteille d’eau, savon, shampoing, conditionner, sèche cheveux. Le tout très propre ainsi que les communs qui sont toujours très bien entretenus. Grande piscine propre avec jets massants. L’amplitude horaire des 3 repas est très large. La nourriture est moyenne. Préférer les produits frais qui eux sont de qualité. Grand choix de boissons et de snack toute la journée

Staff were amazing. Kids club &pools were brilliant. Great variety of food & drink. We enjoyed the entertainment. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for families.

Enjoyable stay at the Fergus Club

Friendly helpful staff, excellent food and dining area, really good drinks selection, lovely big pool, kids pool in separate area, comfortable, quiet rooms cleaned every day by maids. 10 minute walk into town was nice or 5 mins into Sol Caliu worth a visit.

Smoking area right outside the front door of the hotel didn't give it the best first impression, walking through a cloud of smoke every time you left / entered the hotel, maybe needs moving to around the side of the hotel.

Good location. Some lovely staff.

Cheap and cheerful. Some lovely staff!!

The poor cleaners-work really hard. But I saw them having to clean things they shouldn't have to ( such as ppl leaving sanitary things on the floor in the toilets :( )..... Stains on carpets in the corridors ... As I say not the cleaners fault. They work really hard!!!

Very good location, plenty facilities available, easy going and friendly staff, had a great stay, would definitely recommend to friends and viewers

Our room was facing the inner/main pool area (most are) and the noise was killing us - loud music, karaoke, thumps from people jumping on the stage etc. every single night until 23:30 or later (and from 10:00 in the morning). The loudest, most annoying "room" ever. And we've slept places when backpacking SE Asia. Some rooms are facing the other side and you could probably request one of those which should be better.

Reasonable Price but dated. Not the best All inclusive service

food. small cups for drinks. Silly Card system to get a cup and drink. bad service at the pool side. no drinking water unless you paid at the machine. a few unfriendly staff (not all). Man on the mic talking for hours by pool side every day. It was in French so I’m not sure what this was but it didn’t give a nice pool side vibe just really annoying. Room was dated and needs updating.

Lovely location, lots to do around, every where was clean and reception staff where friendly and helpful,

Poor

Food was all quantity and no quality. Coffee machines were dirty making the coffee very sour. No Wifi in the room. Got screamed at to get out of the swimming pool 15 min before it was meant to close because the life guard wanted to get off early. I just jumped in for a quick dip because I knew it wasn't closed yet and it wasn't crowded. First and last time I used the pool. Staff were very over worked. Only the entertainers looked like they enjoyed their jobs.

the main manager of front desk is not polite and not friendly. even if the client is not satisfied she has to do everything with smile and in friendly manner . but she was rude and unpleasant.
