Fantastic

Decor, roof top bar, spa, outdoor pool, breakfast , free mini bar , free sweets, record shop across the road, great bakery accross the road, nice smell in hotel, air conditioning , shops nearby , nice large towels, interesting lift, cheap drinks at the bar and free nuts,

Расположение было нормальным, и нам повезло, что парковка в Воскресенье и в ночь на Понедельник была бесплатная.

Номер темный и абсолютно без вида из окна, если бы мы остались не на одну ночь - это была бы проблема. Нет балкона.

J’ai trouvé que c’était bruyant : les gens qui rentrent dans la nuit parlent fort, on entend aussi beaucoup le bruit de la rue et le matin vers 7h le bruit des femmes de ménage qui bougent les meubles

Nice stay with amazing breakfast

Best hotel breakfast I've ever had, it was excellent! The room was comfortable and the staff was always helpful.

As in Mallorca you need a car and parking in the streets is not easy, would be better to have a parking inside the hotel or some discount to othet parking

Amazing rooftop with gorgeous views

The staff were lovely and the rooftop pool/bar area was amazing - definitely the highlight. The drinks in the minibar were a great touch and the rooms were a good size.

We booked 'town houses' which slept four people and we assumed this would have a communal area, however the only thing these rooms (one twin, one double) shared was a small corridor. We wouldn't have paid the additional fee for this had we known.

I liked the roof top bar and the location of the hotel. Fairly central. Unfortunately the roof top pool was unavailable. Renovations!

I don't think there should be a charge to use the spa when you are a resident. On booking I requested 2 single beds and I also sent 2 emails. On arrival we were told that the room had a king size bed! After much discussion we were given a room with 2 single beds. It was an unecessary hassle and argument when it was late and we were tired.

The location is superb, just 5 minutes from the train/bus station and in the opposite direction 5 minutes from the start of the city centre. The roof top bar/relax area is great for relaxing your legs, between the day and evening.

Fantastic hotel for exploring Palma and relaxing in a bustling city

I loved the minimalist, cute style of the property. The staff were very helpful, the location was great and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had.

Small downside was that I wasn’t aware the outdoor pool was shut before arriving, so we were a bit disappointed we couldn’t use that.

relaxing stay on the edge of downtown

the room was big, light and very clean. it was a pleasure to spend time there. we could not hear any noise from outside or inside, despite staying next to the elevator. the staff is very friendly and forthcoming. the breakfast is great.

Reasonable price for a good service with a good location

LOCATION - the hotel is located on the edge of Palma's centre. That means that just within 2 walking minutes you have reached the main shopping street, but the streets around the hotel were already quiet and nothing was disturbing you in the evening and during the night. Of course you will find everything needed around the hotel - restaurants, street food, supermarkets, local products, market... You can reach the cathedral in 15 minutes of walking. The main reason we have decided to book this hotel is the fact, that it's really close to the main bus/train station - just 10 minutes away. We wanted to do many trips with the public transport and this location fitted very well into our plans. BREAKFAST - excellent. They have dedicated a part of the breakfast buffet to the specialties from Mallorca, which is absolutely amazing. If you are like me and you need to try as many local specialties as possible, you will find this breakfast attractive. Of course there was the classical warm/cold, sweet/salty, healthy/unhealthy offer as well. We have enjoyed the breakfast. STAFF - everybody we have spoken to was very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank them for their help with some plans we had and also during our very early departure on the last day. I am sorry that I didn't remember the ladies names, who helped us with the scooter rent or individual breakfast in the early hours on our departure day. Paco had some great tips for food, tapas in the very close area. ROOM - we had an economy room, so of course you don't expect a large suite, so everything was OK in this category. The complimentary minibar is a very nice surprise. The toiletries in the bathroom were: conditioning shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and hand wash, all in regular size bottles, so there was enough of it. OTHER HOTEL SERVICES - we didn't use anything else, we can't comment

ROOM - we are not fans of the one big blanket for a double bed, but we still had some fun with this :-D, so that's not a big deal BATHROOM - please, add a toilet brush. A fan/air ventilation would be great

Very good

The staff was really nice and ready to help. Delish breakfast. Comfy bad and exceptional mattress. Amazing massage service, highly recommend!

No sleepers and hair conditioner in the room. Not a big deal but would be great to have those at hand.
