Location was great. Interior design was amazing.
No pool bar, check in took too long, staff don’t cater for weekend family visits.

I've stayed at this Hotel in 2019 I really liked it so came back !
It was perfect

Design of reception areas
Incredibly slow service at pool bar
Unfriendly staff
Noise during night from Sports bar

Level lounge was incredible, excellent value for money with staff who could not do enough for us!
There could have been more plug sockets in the room for chargers/ hair tools
4.0
Location is fantastic.
Hotel has been modernised and public areas are nice and open and comfortable.
Rooms are a little small, and some of the refurb has been done with a budget focus and not quality
1.5
Not a lot. Breakfast was alright I suppose.
Everything - location, room restaurant, bar
5.0

Delicious breakfast with huge choice! Fantastic view! Very friendly and helpful staff! Amazing location!
Room was really nice with amazing view but could be (just) a little more clean.

3.0

Very open plan, breakfast offered an enormous variety. Lovely view of the marina & not to far to walk to some lovely restaurants & bars
There were a few signs of wear in the room and the spa, I had expected access to the spa to be free (buried in the small print that there would be an additional charge) and the pavements outside were all being worked on - which is not the hotels fault and to be expected this far out of season I suppose.
4.5

Always a pleasant stay
All the road works but not the hotels fault

Das Personal.
Nichts.

Stunning interiors, fabulous views across the marina, great location. Loved the circular swing chair in the bedroom! So clean and staff were excellent.
Nothing (except ongoing roadworks which are out of the hotel’s control)
5.0
A very cool terrace with a swimming pool and a view of the marina. A surprise birthday message with a champaign and sweets was arranged by the receptionist for my birthday. The overall experience was excellent!
Breakfast options were limited considering the price per night. There were mostly pork products, and only a small vegan section was available with little vegetable.
It is strange to find the coffee machines on the opposite side of the breakfast area, with no milk, so one has to go searching for cold milk.
3.5
it’s location
Sun beds at the pool were poor.

Roadworks outside

Hi, just would like to say about the area around the pool could do with more sun beds for the amount of guest there. Also I feel that the pool could have the filter runn all day as the water did look the clear as people down shower before going in and the sun cream makes the water look cloudy.
3.5
Pool was small and sunbeds were limited.
2.5
The air conditioning functioned well.
The European breakfast provided a satisfying start to the day.
The rooms themselves were indeed spacious and clean.
The online reservation lacked crucial details. In need of two rooms with private bathrooms, I ended up reserving two family rooms, which, by the description, was a bit more spacious than a regular room. One of the rooms happened to be exactly what we required (two bedrooms and two bathrooms in it). However, due to the scarcity of information during the reservation process, we unknowingly ended up with two family rooms, with the other one being a single bedroom, with a sofa bed and one bathroom.
Despite my request for the rooms to be as close as possible, we were assigned rooms on separate floors upon our arrival. The rooms themselves were indeed spacious and clean, though the bathrooms were somewhat small and dated in appearance. Regrettably, the really small balconies faced a rather unsightly street, contributing to the less-than-ideal ambiance.
The soundproofing of the rooms proved to be inadequate, allowing street noise to intrude - I was on 5th floor. The staff's availability was limited, requiring guests to handle their own luggage. The check-in process was notably sluggish. In front of the hotel, there was an absence of staff presence, leaving guests without any assistance for tasks such as calling for taxis or facilitating a smooth disembarkation from vehicles. The reception staff called for taxis when asked, but the presence of numerous other guests (high season) and nobody to organize it outside, identifying the designated taxis became challenging.
The hotel was situated amidst ongoing construction, as all hotels in front of Palma marina, resulting in dusty sidewalks in the vicinity. Furthermore, disruptive guests and corridor commotion during nighttime hours proved to be an annoyance on most nights.
Considering the combination of factors, including the hotel's location and various shortcomings, I would rather to explore other options for my future stays rather than returning to this particular hotel.
4.5
The breakfast was tasty and there were a lot of options! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean aswell!
The only thing we didn’t like, was the construction noise next to the hotel in the morning (Not the hotels fault). It didn’t bother us too much though since we spent most of our mornings outside of the hotel.
