Location
Very dated.
Room was Very expensive for what we got.
A pair of pants were left in the room upon our arrival.
No breakfast on the Monday as the receptionist (on Sunday) gave us the wrong time that it was on until. She told us 10am whereas it actually finished at 9. The price of one of our rooms included breakfast!!!!

We often stay here on our shopping trips from Scotland very friendly staff especially Kelsey on reception
and convenient for metro centre shopping.
Parking at the property is on a first come basis with not many parking bays.
A large payable car park just across the road. free for disable badge holders.

Wished we’d known there was no elevator, for elderly people with heavy suitcases, was difficult!

I booked this hotel for the location and the good quality that I have experienced before. Unfortunately, in my excitement of an event, I booked this hotel twice without realizing. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, courteous and kind about the error and within 12 hours they cancelled the double booking and cleared the invoice.
Nothing. I will stay here again.

Despite with the bar as we was told the bar was open till 01.00 we was there at 00.25 and was told it was closed was not happy with this as we could have stayed at the pub down the road I come all that way to see friends 😒

Friendly Staff always make you welcome

The breakfast was good, as was the evening meal I had in the bar.
My room was on the second floor, unfortunately there does not appear to be a lift. This is a bit of a problem when you consider how many steps you have to climb, especially when you consider the car park is well below the rear entrance to the hotel. I complained about the bath plug not holding the water in, it was not fixed, also the bed was very uncomfortable. Overall I would say that I was very disappointed with my stay and will think very hard before booking again.

The team couldn’t have been more helpful.I had booked in a hurry and arrived late my mum has a mobility issue and I wasn’t familiar with the hotel, entrances car park etcetera. The reception desk was fabulous he guided me to the hotel and came out to make sure we got mum into and out of the hotel the easiest way possible. Nothing was too much trouble absolutely went above and beyond to help us. We had a really comfortable stay in a lovely, well equipped room.
