Get a good rate and use the hotel as a base for exploring Bath.

Food. Location. Size of room. Parking.

Staff. Very loud conversations with each other at the expense of a peaceful and professional hotel atmosphere. Especially in the restaurant, the kitchen staff could be heard loudly the whole meal and were asked to keep their banter down. Reception staff too.

Lovely hotel with parking in a perfect location

There was a constant noise coming from a chimney outside our rooms.

Lovely stay in the centre of Bath for a family wedding.

Room, was very comfortable. I have accessibility needs and the staff were all very helpful and attentive. Breakfast is good. The location is very convenient.

Parking is not great for someone who holds a disabled badge and cannot walk very far.

Great location, uncomfortable bed and poor value for money.

Perfect location in city center, walking distance from hotels and sites.

Red stain on toilet seat when we arrived - this was not dealt with correctly after informing the front desk staff who were slow to react and did not show concern. The bed was old and uncomfortable (uneven and sinking mattress) that resulted in back pain. The problem was not resolved after informing front desk.

Excellent centrally located luxury hotel

The property was beautifully decorated and looked after, very clean and modern. the staff were so helpful and friendly. Location was amazing.

Great location

Excellent location, nice architecture.

The twin room felt like a single room since the two beds were right next to each other. Not as comfortable when travelling with a friend rather than a partner. Also our room had a musty smell.

This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at.

Our room was on the 1st floor and was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was really good,it kept us going until dinner at night. You couldn’t really ask for a more central location.

Top Lage im Zentrum

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum. Nur wenige Meter um die Ecke gelaufen und schon ist man in der Fußgängerzone und an den röm. Bädern

Excellent location for visiting Bath, close to all the main historical tourist sites. View from the room was uninspiring (overlooking the car-park) but that was not an issue because it was lovely and quiet and away from any traffic noise.

Fantastic weekend away would recommend to friends

Perfect location, loved the style of the hotel, staff very friendly. Breakfast was disappointing and a walk in shower would be more up to date than a bath with a shower in the ceiling

Great stay and excellent location

Tea coffee facilities were not fully stocked on arrival. Cups were dirty.

Location Huge bed Room size and decor. Shower was amazing.

Location was excellent very easy to get around the city from there and easy to drive to other destinations from that part of the city aslo

Lovely hotel in a great location although a little expensive with pet and parking added

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Very pretty and nice staff.

The hotel was already fairly expensive to stay and as we had a little dog, we had to pay extra for and we needed to park which was another £20 (not free), so the final cost when there was a lot higher.

Beautiful, clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very central, great location. Comfortable sleep.

The noise level. I could hear every step of those in the room above me. Literally every step. The doors slam and it went on all morning.

Perfect location and comfortable traditional Bath hotel, we will be back!

Perfectly located in Bath City Centre and close to shopping and restaurants. We used the Bath park and ride where the bus stop is only a short walk from the hotel. Our room was fresh and lots of light, very clean and comfortable. Nice smelling toiletries and white fluffy towels. Tea making facilities and bottled water was well received. We chose to eat breakfast away from the hotel near the Abbey but we did sit outside and use the bar facilities which was very nice. The hotel kindly stored our luggage and shopping which was vey convenient after checkout so we could enjoy the rest of the day. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception thank you.

A convenient hotel for exploring Bath

Breakfast was good and staff serving were a delight

The sink in the bathroom was leaking which resulted in us having to change rooms, this was rather inconvenient as the bed in the replacement room was not the same size. We believe the sink was leaking when we checked in but did not notice immediately surely this should have been detected previously.

A particularly lovely hotel made even more brilliant by the staff

The staff were professional, kind and thoughtful - and above all, friendly, smiling and they made our stay exceptional. I look forward to a return visit. (the breakfast 'eggs shakshuka' are brilliant)
