Kurzurlaub

Sehr nobles Hotel mit sehr großem Zimmer und schönen Bad. Schöne Aussicht auf die Donau. Sehr ruhig.

Leider war der Spa Bereich ausgebucht obwohl wir uns erkundigt haben und es hieß es wäre kein Problem und es hätte pro Tag Aufpreis gekostet. Parkgarage etwas teuer.

Beautiful hotel on the Danube.

Very nice, new hotel along the Danube. Friendly, helpful staff.

A little out of the way, but we image it’s great for conventions. Trams to center city are fairly close. No coffee maker in the room, which is unusual these days.

Usor dezamagitor.

Dusul de la vana a fost defect (stropea toata baia, pe la furtun), la vana nu erau consumabile. Nu au luat gunoiul, nu au schimbat prosoapele, a doua zi de cazare. Nu este un hotel de 5*. Este de 4*. Pretul este mult prea mare pentru ce ofera.

Schönes Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub!

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön direkt an der Donau und wir hatten vom Zimmer aus einen schönen Ausblick. Das Zimmer Riverside war sehr schön eingerichtet und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung - große Auswahl.

Schönes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Bratislava

Sehr schönes Hotel, tolles Frühstück, alles top gepflegt. Grand Living Room ist ein nettes Extra. Der Wellnessbereich ist gepflegt und die Liegen sehr angenehm - schöne Lage an der Donau, zur Innenstadt läuft man aber ein Stück

Die Sauna war durchgehend auf 100 Grad - einfach zu heiß um sich länger zu entspannen, im Steam Bath funktionierte das Wasser nicht und es war auch viel heißer als normalerweise in einem Dampfbad- ausschließlich für Wellness würd ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen, wenn man es zusätzlich zu anderen Aktivitäten nutzt ist es ok.

parkolást kivéve minden rendben van

kiváló ,megszokott szinvonal

a parkolás bonyolult- ha többször akar kimenni bejönni előtte mindig a receptiohoz kell menni -pláne ha még tölteni is akar pedig feltalálták a számitógépet !!!- Miből gondolják ha valaki bemegy csak akkor jön ki ha elutazik 2-3 nap mulva! Mindig értetlenül néznek amikor elmegyek a városba- de ez már 10 éve igy van ! Kérés nélkül olyan kártyát kellene adni amivel ki-be lehet menni a tartózkodás alatt- minden hotelben igy müködik ! Nagyon drága ,talán az elektromos töltéssel együtt megéri !

The property is really nice and close to most of the attractions. Staff are very nice and helpful.

The bed and pillows were not that comfortable. The parking fee is very expensive. The parking either to be free for tenants or with moderate fees.

Luxury hotel with a nice spa and good breakfast

We went for the spa and it was very nice. Three saunas, two pools (a big and little one) and a jacuzzi. The breakfast was very good as well. The location of the hotel is great with coffee shops and restaurants around and a nice walk along the river.

Parking was very expensive (39 euros). Everything else was nice.

Excellent service from the hotel staff. Really felt like 5-star service. The executive lounge was amazing and regularly serviced by staff with fresh food, drinks and alcohol. The breakfast buffet was hands down the best I’ve ever had, aside from a 5-star hotel I’ve been to in Fiji, but very close in quality and choice. All in all a lovely place to stay and I hope to return soon!

I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Bratislava.

The hotel is very beautiful with a very good restaurant for a really wonderful breakfast buffet (with champagne!) The location on the river walk next to the Danube is a 15 walk to charming old town with many lovely restaurants and shops.

We always stay in the Grand Hotel after a long flight from Australia as we need something comfortable. This hotel never

Friendly staff, great breakfast, nice location, bed very comfortable.

We couldn’t use the bath as the water didn’t get warm enough. Also the pressure in the shower head was very low. We couldn’t regulate the temperature of the aircon but the staff was very helpful fixing the issue when we informed reception.

All honestly and not the most admirable impression of the hotel was spoiled by its absolutely unprofessional staff, who despite the advance payment twice charged for the hotel and returned the money only after I myself discovered their mistake, one sorry in this hotel costs almost 500 euros

Very friendly staff and a great room. The bathroom was very clean and provided comfort for relaxation. The check-in was very easy and the availability of facilities such as the Gym & Spa was convenient. The hotel is easily reachable with public transport.

I wish that the room had a kettle for tea or coffee.
