The stay was really amazing. Going to book my next holiday with them again and we will not use another hotel ever again.

The rooms are very nice and clean. They have people cleaning the rooms everyday and it smells really good. The room is perfect size with everything you need.

taint in our vacation

location was ok but 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. there is shuttle service but the time schedule is useless.

there was bad smell in the room i guess it was coming from toilet. room is so small and useless , there is no any space for put the luggage. housekeeping did not change towels and bedclothes even though the coffee was spilled. also breakfast was really poor. our stay was a total disappointment.

Exceptional

Excellent friendly customer service from all areas like reception staff, room cleaning staff and mostly the fantastic service from the food and beverage staff. Bella the Hotel Manager has got an amazing staff I can imagine she is very proud of. 👏👏👏👏

The occasional rude Russian visitor who who was disrespectful to staff and any other client staying at hotel.

Comfy bed, as usual in ibis and good breakfast

The rooms are small for 2 people, but yet again it is in every ibis. The worst thing was that the cleaning lady threw away our carrier bag with my brother's t-shirt and socks, not sure if they thought it was a bin bag (?) (we were supposed to give it for laundry) and after contacting them of course no one found it. Don't want to blame them, but anyway be careful where you leave your clothes.

Nice quiet location not too far from beach and close to food market and bars. Minor issue with room was sorted out quickly by the staff.

good compromise

clean and good quality/price not far from the Kata night market

-breakfast always the same few things -900 meter from the entrance to Kata beach and not 230 meter as you see in the map. they have a shuttle but goes in strange timing and only have 10 seats (for the whole hotel!)

Basic hotel for the reasonable price.

Everything is nearby (next to one of the main streets). Standard 3 stars hotel for very reasonable price. If possible ask for the room with pool-view. Doing some happy-hour offers which is nice.

Booked two rooms. In one room the shampoo has not been refilled during our stay. There's no straight way to the beach - you need to go around which takes some time. Breakfast is same every morning with not a lot ofoptions. Rooms quite small I would like to mention that while contacted the hotel directly staff was quite rude although when communicating via booking.com it was ok.

It was okay

The staff was helpful & courteous. The pool was nice (a little small though with basic old tiles), the view was really good. I liked that they had table tennis too and a nice lobby where you can chill. Kata beach area in general is quite empty these days but you can find a 7 eleven, few restaurants and bike for rent nearby easily.

It was a little far away from the Kata beach, was about a 10mins walk to the beach. There was a power outage during my stay and back up generator only provided a single light in the room, it got really hot a while later. The AC was poor, it didn't really work well, even at 16 degrees and it was a hot day! It made the room cool enough to tolerate the heat. The bathroom was exceptionally small and there was no door lock apparently either. Would've been nice if the towels were hanged higher, instead of below the sink, where they would almost always fall down and get dirty. Considering it was a really low price, I shouldn't be complaining, but I expected a lot better at an int'l chain. Especially after staying at a 4 star resort there near IBIS, only $5/night more expensive and was a lot better than Ibis, in terms of everything.

Highly recommedned.

Highly recommend to stay here. The location is excellent and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I also liked that breakfast starts at 6am for early rises as myself.
