True 5 star accommodation

Breakfast was impressive, although coffee was too strong, and then remade too weak.

Less expensive parking at the hotel itself. Half the price quoted ideally in line with surrounding options.

Looking for another reason/ event to stay in town so I can stay with you again.

Doing the basics to an exceptional level. Clean, smelt nice, attentive staff all with smiles and nothing was a chore or hard work.

Our favourite escape away!

Luxurious property with attentive staff who went out of their way to make our stay special. They upgraded us to a Park suite free of charge for my birthday and even had a mini birthday cake sent up to our room. Unforgettable stay.

Very poor customer experience.

The room was a good size, and nicely appointed.

Overall, it was a rather poor experience for what was supposed to be 5 stars. It started when we called the morning of our stay to ask whether it would be possible to check in slightly earlier, at 2pm (instead of the 3pm check-in time listed). We were told "I don't know". We asked for clarification and were simply advised "you would have to ask when checking-in". Given the response, we decided to instead find a way to kill some time and arrived for check-in shortly after 3pm. We parked in the underground carpark, unloaded the car, and then discovered that the lifts weren't operating, and hadn't been for quite some time. With no clear instructions, we finally found that we had to walk up the ramp out of the carpack, around the block carrying all of our bags, to then walk in the front driveway of the hotel. Upon check-in, we were advised "the team is just finalising some things", and told to step aside and wait for 5 minutes. 15 minutes later we were still just standing there. By this time our 1yo and 4yo children were starting to get restless. I asked the front desk how much longer and was advised the same thing - they are finalising some things and won't be much longer. After waiting over 30 minutes I had to go up and ask again. After another 5 minutes of back and forth between staff members, we were then checked in. About 35 minutes of just standing there with no updates or explanation. 10 minutes after getting into the room, a staff member knocks on the door. They handed my wife some chocolates. We assumed this was a gift for the poor check-in experience, and started to feel better about our stay.... Until my wife noticed that it had someone else's name on it. The staff member took it back and said "oh, this isn't for you". A number of other small dissapointments also occurred during our stay: - We entered/exited the hotel with prams and children via the front doors 6 times during our stay.

An Elegant Choice in Melbourne

Staff were very gracious. Room was large and quite comfortable alyhough outlets wree few and hard to reach. Nice bathroom and fine beds and linens. So overakk, very pleasant place to stay. Large indoor pool an addded bonus.

I felt like royalty in the staff could not do enough to make myself stay pleasurable

I liked everything about the Hyatt the staff were friendly and very helpful , I couldn’t fault a thing. The hotel was very luxurious. And the view from my room was breathtaking And the best thing I llike about it was Labrador Mr. Walker I thought it was a beautiful touch.

Not worth it.

Location was ok but a little hard to find the Main entrance

The cleanliness of the room was poor. Found someone else's underwear under the blow dryer. Hair on cuttlery and in bath tub.

Great location with exceptional staff.

Location. Excellent staff. I had hired a pushbike and the staff delivered it to my room. The room service burger and chips was great too. Lovely large room with excellent bed.

Great hotel very high class, but lift incident left a scare

Fantastic facility and location is spot on for sporting events and CBD activities

Getting stuck in the lift with my kids and having to call the main desk to rescue us. Understand these things happen, but not follow up or gift was offered for the stressful events.

Luxurious happy and zen

The beautiful artwork, lighting and music. The staff were super amazing and accommodating, especially once I mentioned I was there for an anniversary they looked after us very well

Top Notch Accommodations.

The staff, the room….. a wonderful experience. The concierges were extremely helpful and knowledgeable . My one slight problem was the Park Hyatt is a bit out of the main beat for shopping and restaurants.

I won't come back

Very good location, close to parks, very quiet yet a very short distance from CBD. Close to Melbourne Park which is a big deal during the Australian Open. Very clean and a really nice swimming pool.

The room looked nothing like the photos advertised. It was dark (hardly any natural light), the bathroom didn't have a bathtub (again, it was advertised differently), no fancy glass washbasin but rather old ceramic that must remember Sydney Olympics... I stayed in a number of top rated hotels in Melbourne and they always made an effort by providing those tiny things like a bottle of French champagne as a welcome gift, chocolates, mini pillow spray... And the common areas had a nice fragrance. Here: nothing. Just paid $1K per night and didn't feel welcome. Breakfast rather average. When you get hardboiled poached eggs (asked for eggs Benedict) then something is really wrong with the kitchen.

エントランス、部屋は豪華な感じで広々としておりゆったりできた。コンシェルジュに昼食、夕食の店を紹介してもらったが、全て満足できる良いレストランだった。スタッフは皆さん親切であった。

朝食のバッフェは綺麗に並べられていたが、味は英国的で並以下だった。エッグベネディクトはガッカリ、オムレツも焼きすぎ、フルーツはどれも甘みがなかったり硬い。3日目には取りたいものが無くなった。

Top of the line

Der Aufenthalt war wie erwartet Top. Das Personal in jeder Hinsicht kompetent und freundlich. Das Zimmer mit Blick auf die Stadt war ein absolutes Highlight. Zimmer und Bad sind überaus großzügig dimensioniert uns tadellos sauber. Die Lage zum Stadtzentrum, Sportanlagen und den Parks ist ideal. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich und lässt nichts offen.

Da fällt uns nichts auf.

Good for the purposes of being close to AAMI Park

Location was perfect

We found that getting assistance for some questions was difficult and the service at Breakfast was not good. We had to ask numerous times to where our coffees were, then ended up with multiples.
