Not good, restaurant wasn’t open, the pool was very cold and the bar by the pool was not open, the bathtub had a big crack that was poorly fixed, no hand soap by sinks, outside lights not good, you have to have a car or take a taxi everywhere, there was hardly ever anyone in the reception. bugs everywhere. we ordered a time in the spa 2 hours prior and nothing was on when we arrived and no rope, jacuzzi and sauna was cold and dirty, pool was 18 c so not nice.

houses look nice from the outside, beautiful view

bed mattress too hard, interior of flat hold, dated and in poor condition. we notice the bath spas was removed and the marks of the previous spas were left behind including the silicone. walls were kinked and dirty. hairdryer was melted and left in place with a replacement in a box which didn’t work. On the last day we lost electricity all together, looked to be general cutout. Wardrobe door did not open properly. Very rarely anyone in reception. We had to call with a foreign phone to ask for attention. A bit of a disappointment for supposed 4 start location. Cleaning person would change bed and towels but not clean the dust

Nice stay

Nice apartment with a view on the sea. Apartment with good facilities.

Because we were visiting outside the season, everything was closed and it looked like a little ghost town.

Beach views, lovely clean apartment, right by the pool!

As we stayed out of season the restaurant wasn't open - no criticism to the hotel, as I would recommend it 100% and would stay there again!!

The location is perfect, but not easy to walk to the beach with kids, too dangerous to access. But driving to the nearest beach is easy. Staff is friendly and the apartment was great.

A great family scape, close to many beaches. Friendly staff!

The property was comfortable and good value for the amenities.

All the machines (bike, elliptical, jogger, etc were not working). Also l, the Cocoons are old and need to be replace.

A kind staff and a spacious apartment

Staff is remarkably diligent and kind. Rooms are really spacious and the beds are comfortable. Sea is really close, so that you can see it and feel the breeze of it all the time, then the climate couldn't be more relaxing!

Both bathtubs of our apartment had leaks, resulting in a wet bathroom after every shower. Not a big issue, but still not good for a four-star hotel.

Exceptional value stay in a friendly and well designed environment.

Our Villa was well designed and spacious, with everything you might want for a comfortable, independent stay in any season. the cleaning was to the highest standard. I loved having a fireplace for the chilly autumn nights, although the place was kept cosy and warm. the staff couldn’t have been more gracious and helpful. We hiked down to the beach, which is a bit further than we imagined. But it made for a more interesting adventure where we got to better appreciate the stunning nature of this coastline.

As we were there off season, the communal facilities were shut down for renovation work. The staff made up for this by delivering anything we needed yo our Villa at no additional cost.
