What a stunning place! We had a very special stay for five nights and enjoyed it a lot. The view is just amazing and the hotel itself is designed perfectly. If you want to have a laid-back and relaxing holiday, then this is the place. And it has its own wine!

The hotel is located in a very nice place. Breathtaking views. Very quiet and calm. A place for complete relaxation. The staff is fantastic
The room was very small. Even we (1 adult and 2 children aged 6 and 10) were cramped.

The location was amazing, the view was even better in person than from the pictures. I came for a few days down time and the place and the staff exceeded my expectations, I basically had the whole spa to myself and the jacuzzi was great! The breakfast and the pool were also really good and the room was comfortable with a great view from the patio. I will definitely be back!

the place it’s really a beauty. the owners were super nice and polite and the staff too. what a view! I would say it’s the best of the Quinta. We got an upgrade for the little house that had an amazing view to Guincho, and the silence is absolute. we will come back for sure
maybe the road could could be improved in the long run. when it rains it gets a bit muddy.

We love staying in farm areas - beautiful vines and outstanding view of the ocean and cliffs. Close to Sintra and also 4 great restaurants a few minutes away (walking distance 700 metres) . Ricardo and Margarita are so welcoming and hospitable.. The pool is gorgeous and clean, but it was raining so I just enjoyed looking at it. We'll definitely recommend to our friends.

The views are fantastic and the property itself is perfect. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the owner makes you feel very welcome. The property is in the middle of it’s own vineyard which makes some very good wines for sampling.

The property was very tastefully curated and the owners were a joy to talk to. The passion they have for the work is quite amazing. Breakfast was quite good and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at.
Little bit off the way though

Breakfast was ok. But the location really a bit far away.

Quinta Vale da Roca was a beautiful establishment in a very quiet location that offered great views and a relaxing atmosphere. While it was a bit cold and early in the season for us to enjoy the outdoor pool, it was still lovely to dip in and it would easily be one of its best features a little later in the summer. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious and freshly prepared. The room was beautiful and tastefully appointed, exceptionally clean, and very well furnished and stocked. The overhead rain shower was one of our favourite things about our stay here.
While there aren't that many restaurants nearby, the town of Azoia is home to a few must-visit restaurants that anyone staying at Quinta Vale da Roca could visit repeatedly. Maria Wine & Tapas, as well as Casa do Mar Sem Fin are both so wonderful that I could go back repeatedly (both are just a 10 minute walk) for a week and be satisfied.
If there is one thing to think about while considering Quinta Vale da Roca as your destination in this region, just know that it can be difficult to arrange a taxi/uber from this location. It is accessible by public transit, but is a light 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. If ease/convenience of access is a major consideration for you, I would highly recommend renting a vehicle to visit the surrounding sights and making it easier to get to/from Quinta Vale da Roca.

The view is stunning looking down towards the coast and Cascais! The room was very clean and beautiful with the terrace! Quite easy to reach without a car as taxis to and from Cascais were cheap. We got engaged here and our host Margareda was very helpful arranging for champagne to toast the occasion!

A very nice place to relax! Gorgeous view over the sea and vineyard. We loved sitting by the pool, reading books & enjoying the sun. The staff was helpful and very nice, loved the breakfast! And I would advice to try out their wonderful Malvasia wine! I'm a wine person my husband isn't, but even he liked it! Thus bought couple bottles to take home with us:) We would love to come back one day.

After four impressive days in Lisbon, we were allowed to enjoy the tranquillity at this exceptional little winery. The location with the view over the bay is incredible and breathtaking. From the bed you can look directly out to sea. The room is very tastefully decorated (lights by Artemidi), large and bright. A free-standing bathtub with vines in the background is something special. The complex is spacious, although there are estimated to be just 7 rooms. Great pool with breakfast terrace. Breakfast is good, but could be a bit more varied. Everything is certainly not cheap but very worthwhile and recommended. There are three restaurants within walking distance. Very nice hosts, friendly staff. You should have a car to explore the surroundings. If you are only staying for a short time, it is better to enjoy the resort to the full. In any case, we will certainly come back.

Tucked away in the rolling hills of Azoia is this simple but elegant place. It is truly stunning! These two architects really paid attention to every design detail. Wood and stone everywhere, accented beautifully with glass only when needed. I could go on forever, this place was intricately designed and a pleasure to experience.
The infinity pool. Sit around it or get in it, either way, enjoy this stunning feature overlooking sprawling vineyards backdropped by cliffs and crashing waves.
The staff were lovely, accommodating and attentive. We met the owners upon our arrival, they gave us a short tour of the property and showed us to our room. Denny, in particular, realized our love of fresh baked croissants and made them for us as soon as we entered breakfast. When we let him know we were checking out at 6AM, he left a packed breakfast at our door full of croissants!
Our room was a decent size, firm and comfortable king bed. The bathroom was big with floor to ceiling marble that was lined up perfectly. Getting ready in there makes you feel like a million dollars. The glass shower has a door in it, so all the heat stays while you shower.
We were walking distance (750m) from a few different restaurants. Lots of options. Casa do Mar Sem Fim was by far our favorite because of its laid back atmosphere, fresh and delicious hot food and warm staff.
The wifi was incredibly spotty and cut out often, regardless of the different places we tried to access it. As an international traveler with phones on airplane mode, this was a bit if a nuisance to deal with. It made contacting our families and booking logistical parts of our journey more time consuming than it could have been.
While the wood, stone and glass are beautiful to look at, they aren't the most soundproof. Sound travels incredibly well in this place, making you feel like you have to whisper and tip toe. We heard many a conversation behind closed doors.
Despite the tour, it wasn't clear what areas were accessible to and off limits for guests. We were staying on the top floor while most other guests were on the main floor. Outside our room was an opulent floor to ceiling bookshelf room, that looked like an office so we figured not to enter. There was also a beautifully warm leather couched room with a large terrace overlooking the grounds; we would have loved to read a book in this space, but genuinely could not figure out if it was restricted to staff. Not wanting to intrude, we just looked longingly at it.
