We would definitely stay here again.

Easy access to room. Good directions. Convenient location to Cabo da Roca - 5 minute drive. Quiet and peaceful setting. Good breakfast. Wonderful host.

The ruts in the road to get there. (Fortunately it was not a long road and our small car was able to maneuver around them - just had to be aware to avoid them.)

Pleasant and comfortable stay.

- Straight Forward Self Check In - Comfortable Space including the common area - Pleasant Breakfast We were worried about the cold and humidity mentioned in past reviews, since our stay was in the Mill. The room was provided with both a heater and dehumidifier. Although it was late November, we slept with the heater and dehumidifier off and the window open, since the blanket was warm and comfortable enough.

No Wifi available in the Mill which is not ideal.

Tiny tight place with stairs tooo small and uncomfortable to walk up and down on No wifi or tv (besides the 40 year old one which was for decoration in the room Divided in 3 floors with a low ceiling on 2 of them, that i hit my head with 1.80cm tall. Worst was humidity in room- bed, towels, toilet paper everything was wet Only the communal area was nice, little pool with nice view and friendly breakfast service

Nothing would work in that room. Should not be offered

I liked everything very much, our room was in an old mill and I am delighted, it is very authentic and unusual! :)) Comfortable room, excellent common area, especially the area next to the pool, quiet area, beautiful surroundings, highly recommend

Lovely place to stay in the vicinity of Guincho beach

Great location near Cabo da Roca. Delicious breakfast. Nice common areas including a pool. Attentive and friendly staff.

Superb

That is an amazing place with a picturesque view, very cosy and quite. It has a beautiful patio with open swimming pool, where it is so nice to seat in the evening with the glass of wine. :) Room is nicely decorated and very comfortable! The personnel is very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was excellent. Also it is dog friendly place. :)

Utterly delightful. Beautiful but not fussy, just spot on!

Beautiful location, beautiful room - everything you need! Fabulous breakfast and a really lovely decking area by the pool with a view we will come back for again! Use of the very well equipped kitchen was a real bonus. As was having Joanna the dog to stroke every morning (we missed our dogs!) Super restaurant 5 min walk away and 2 more 10 mins walk away. We didn’t hire a care like lost but used Bolt which was fantastic- very quick and excellent value. A place we would love to return to!

Nothing- happy with everything :) Only note, if you don’t have a car there are no convenient stores near by so bring any food / drink with you.

Unique property in the countryside.

Very nice breakfast. Friendly innkeeper. Restaurant just down the road was very lively with a beautiful view. Public areas -pool, deck, living room were comfy and inviting.

Perfect Escape

it’s beautifully kept, very quiet, lovely breakfast and Regina and Hugo couldn’t have been kinder. The shared common area was very comfortable and well stocked - although it’s a rural setting, there are several great restaurants within walking distance. We’d be back in a heartbeat!

Everything. So glad I found this place. It's a cross between hotel, with high quality facilities, and self carering as you have access to a fully equiped kitchen if you want to cook or just keep your snacks and drinks really cool in the fridge. The pool and lounge areas and room itself are all excellent.

Check-in is unusial. Make sure you make a note of the phone number if you arrive after housekeeping staff have left. You'll need to ring to be told which room is yours and the all important key safe code. That wasn't clear to me until I arrived. There isn't an obvious sign outside either but it's a unique propery so you can't really miss it. Breakfast capacity is lower than number of rooms so get there early if your itinerary is time sensitive.

if you want to stay a bit outside of the town, more in the nature it is a dream! we really liked it! Breakfast was really delicious, and the living room and kitchen were great!

it was really mossy in the apartments, in the bathroom were mould because of the high humidity in the rooms.

Location is Colares .This is not mentioned and made it a bit difficult to find since there is another street with the same name somewhere in Azoia.

Brilliant little place

Regina was so helpful and friendly, providing a wonderful continental breakfast daily. The bedroom had all we needed, shower was well equipped and enough storage for our short stay

Our bedroom was a little warm and there was no fanor air conditioning. We got the afternoon sun and the blind was not enough to stop the room heating up. Also our bathroom had no fan

Fantastic stay. We stayed 3 nights but wish we could have stayed longer.

Just Perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Great location for exploring Sintra and the coast west of Lisbon. Very welcoming and friendly and I agree with every one else, the breakfasts are fab.

Struggled with check-in, but location is nice and clean.

The place is nice and clean.

Checking in was a struggle as we couldn't get a hold of the host for hours. They didn't answer through the booking app and our calls never went through. Booking customer service reached out to the host for us and said the host would be waiting for us at the location, but the host never came and we were helped by another customer to reach out. It was quite stressful with a toddler. I think the booking description should also be more clear that the rooms are not inside the mill, but around it.

Avoid at all costs

The property has potential, the area is great for someone who wants to get out of town but it's managed poorly

Check in process wasn't smooth at all, you have to wait for them to send you instructions as there's nobody present there and we were traveling from usa so we didn't really have good network, it says front desk 24/7 in the description but that's not the case. The owner is only available through booking texts to which he answers mostly late. The sheets were full of hair from previous renters which makes me think they were not changed, we asked for another room, we got another one, but the bed was hard like a rock, it's impossible to sleep on it, at 4am, we decided to add all the blankets and towels and we finally got some sleep. Property policy said no pets, at about 9am, we were woken up by two big dogs, one of them pooping right at our door and the owner didn't even notice. Breakfast is not like a buffet and you eat what you want, the owner had a couple stuff sitting in the fridge and he just managed to get some out, coffee cups were really dirty, my wife was pregnant and we didn't want take any risks. After all that, we thought it was enough for us and we decided to leave. We originally booked this for 2 nights, we left the 1st day before 11, and we contacted booking for a refund of the 2nd night and the owner didn't allow that.

Great breakfast, rooms, and location. Recommend it if you want to visit Sintra area and also be close to Lisbon.

When you arrive make sure you call the number on the entry gate. "Regina" is written on top of it. Or call booking.com customer support to solve for you. The number provided here on booking won't answer you. Everyone who arrived there while we were there also had this problem

Beaitiful and relaxing place

Such a beautiful and calm place to stay. The rooms are decorated very nicely, the breakfast is great. The common pool area and the terrace are even nicer than you can see on the photos. Very relaxing place.
