If the water was hot this would have been a brilliant experience and I would have stayed longer

I would have rated more but our shower was broken and we had cold showers for one night

Special treat, lunch service not good, everything else fabulous.

The SPA, grounds and golf were fabulous. Check in, conceirge amazing!

This was a surprise for my Anniversary from my husband and I was so excited when I realised where I was going, which was literally when I seen the road sign… The check in was first class, staff, concierge were amazing 🤩, went to our room, it was okay, we stayed in one of the rooms out with the hotel. Went for lunch and was really looking forward to it as had nothing to eat all morning. Waitress came to take our order, a young lady whom unfortunately sniffed all the way through our conversation/order, I ordered the grand tea lounge toastie that I could not eat due to the grease on it, I did mention this to my waitress and her response was… I’m sorry to hear that. I also asked for a glass of dry white wine, without looking at the menu and was charged £24?? later that night I looked at a menu and it turns out the waitress charged us the most expensive wine on the menu… my fault for not picking a particular wine I suppose but if that’s your policy then it’s not great customer service

Need to stay longer!

Almost everything exceeded expectations. Location is beautiful and one night is not enough to take full advantage of the venue/location. Staff are very well trained and the food in the Signature restaurant was great. Breakfast was one of the best that I have ever had. Great views from the hotel.

So as to get the full experience, I would recommend staying in the main hotel however our room was a bit cramped. The room was very comfortable with a great bathroom

Excellent Resort and will visit Trump Resorts again.

Very friendly & helpful staff. They were always willing to provide ideas to enhance the enjoyment for our stay.

The food in 1906 restaurant was not as good as expected.

Exceptional- nothing will top Turnberry!

Absolutely EVERYTHING. We were upgraded which was delightful. The staff are very attentive and can not do enough for you. Rooms are beautifully decorated with some stunning views! Spa is lovely and was quiet whilst we were there. 1906 restaurant is delicious, such a lovely fine dining experience. We will most certainly return and I most certainly can not wait! Thanks for an amazing stay.

The only thing I could pick at were the separate relaxation room/separate steam rooms. As we were there as a couple we didn't want to split into different rooms. Although there is a mixed sauna, we used that.

the hotel was beautiful and all staff members were very attentive and polite. our room was stunning and the hotel was very clean and well run. food was excellent standard and great service. spa was brilliant. we would happily return.

food and drink was slightly pricey.

So clean. Wonderful room. Exceptional staff, especially Zoltan, the DM and Jim the porter. Lovely food.

Small pool. The relaxation area wasn't as it connected to other rooms. Food and drinks are a little pricey.

The Total Wow factor , Room , Hotel, lobby, staff . just simply the best. In house dining in our fabulous room was first class food amazing cooked too perfection .
