الموظفين روبيرتو موظف المطعم و جوزيف موظف الاستقبال ودودين ومتفانين في تقديم الخدمة

مكيف الغرفه رقم 517 خربان وبلغت الاستقبال يومياً خلال اقامتي ولم تصلح المشكلة فهيا عامه حتى في مرافق الفندق المطعم و الاستقبال المصعد 2 فقط واحد منهم معطل خلال اقامتي

رسالة موجهة لإدارة الفندق شكراً لكم وأرجو منكم الإهتمام والتطوير

تعامل موظفي الاستقبال وتعامل مسؤل المطعم اسباني الجنسية و أيضاً الموقع قريب من هايبر ماركت TESCO و قرب الموقع من محطات الباص. الغرف بالفندق عبارة عن غرفة نوم صغيرة وصالة بها كنبة تصبح سرير ومطبخ به جميع الاحتياجات و كاسات و أواني طبخ وثلاجة وطاولة مع كرسيين للأكل وطاولة كوي مع مكواة بخار بسيطة

السعر مرتفع بالنسبة للموقع وبعض الاثاث يحتاج الى تبديل ( الكنبة مكسورة ) ولم يتعاونو الموظفين بإصلاحها غرفة 326. النظافة يومية ولكن دون اهتمام لم يغيرو شرشف سرير الكنبة خلال 10 ليالي لايوجد شطاف وتغلبت على هذه المشكلة بإحضار شطاف متنقل. المكواة كانت سيئة يضعو 4 قوارير مياه صغيرة لأول يوم فقط البوفية بسيط ومكرر إقامتي كانت 10 ليالي لم يزيد او ينقص مصعدين بطيئة من النظام القديم متعبة أوقات الذروة وكنت معتمد على السلالم خاصة بالنزول يجبروك على الرياضة يوجد مصعد للخدمات من داخل المطعم كنا نستخدمه بعض الأحيان

Absolutely the worst type of experience in what incorrectly claimed to be a 4* Hotel.

Very little.

The staff were quite rude and surly in general. I was asked for my passport at check-in, despite the booking detail clearly stating my nationality. Further, despite having settled my account before arrival, I was asked for a £50 deposit before the key was provided; when I asked for an explanation, I was informed that it was to help rebuild trust between the clients and the hotel! That is a ridiculous strategy, how does this charge which seeks to place everybody in the same bracket show any respect, let alone build trust. The hotel has no restaurant, which is just unacceptable, but it does have a fairly awful little shop that sells several useless items at c3-400% mark-up, greed in its worst form! You can grab a drink in the bar, but again, prices were hiked to a point that was sickening. I heard comments from international guests that made me truly embarrassed to be British, this hotel is nothing more than the worst embodiment of “Rip off Britain”. At c£320 pn, even in London, this price was simply not justified. I would prefer to be in a Premier Inn or similar Budget hotel any day of the week.

Ganske udemærket, men de sidste detaljer manglede

Rigtig fin morgenmad - dog var der proppet med mennesker. Vi havde 4 morgener og prøvede alle tider, det var lettere kaotisk. Men personalet gjorde hvad de kunne.

Opredningen var en sofa, som var slået ud. Den var ikke god til 4 nætter.

A great hotel which we use again.

Easy walk to Earls Court station and Tesco is next door. Places to eat were close by, a 10 minute walk in either direction. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The large double bed was comfortable. The wifi worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Very disappointed

Good breakfast

Noise at night! Took 3 attempts to get the management and security to come and address an issue of noise from the next door room. First reported at 12.15 and finally got the security to come up at 2.30. Woken again at 5.30 by bottle bins being emptied outside and delivery vehicles arriving at Tesco. Complained to the duty manager (when we were finally able to get to see him) and got a small refund for lack of sleep. Suite was cramped with a cheap bed and mattress, a mattress topper that didn't fit the bed and very little space to move around the bed. Although the breakfast was tasty the restaurant was cramped and noisy. Get there early as people walk out with plates full of pastries and fruit (presumably to eat later in the day) and there is little left for those that want a leisurely morning. If we had been there at any other time that Christmas we would have changed hotels .... Very disappointed.

Schönes sauberes Hotel das als Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungstouren durch London sehr zu empfehlen is

Schönes komfortables Hotel mit naheliegender U-Bahn-Station so dass man schnell in die City kommt.

Leider waren beim Frühstück die verschiedenen Speisen zu schnell vergriffen so dass man öfters warten musste bis nachgefüllt wurde. Die Auswahl an Käse und Wurst war nicht sonderlich groß. Wird sind aber trotz alledem immer satt geworden.

Location excellent, really good breakfast offering

- Lifts ridiculously slow - Rooms far too hot even when on lowest setting - Beds really really soft, like water beds - Drinks and snacks offering in bar very poor - no cold alcohol free beer so offered to put ice in it 🫣

The hotel was perfect for our one night stay to attend an event at Olympia which was an easy walk.

Staff brilliant from reception , Manager at breakfast, barmen, everyone was great- polite and friendly. Room was basic but had everything to make our stay comfortable.

İngiltere ye göre kahvaltı iyiydi. Vegan seçenekler artırılmalı (Zeytin kuruyemiş vs ) Personel çok iyiydi.

Biz 9 gece kaldık, pek süpürülmedi sanırım yerler çok tozluydu. Onun dışında her şey iyiydi. Turistler için gezi programları vs. yoktu.

Loved the hotel ..near tube and bus routes

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast was plentiful . I chose this hotel as we were travelling as a family and it offered rooms with a small kitchen . Excellent value

Comfortable and delightful stay. Breakfast was very average for me.

The location is ideal, accessible to two underground train stations, bus stops at a 1 minute walk and TESCO store at a 2 minute walk for anything you need.

The breakfast served was not that great for a 4* hotel. It lacked variety and also Halal options. Catering to multi culture guests, they should account for this.

Would stay again for comfort and breakfast, despite location

The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were fluffy. The showerhead, very strong. I loved that there was a little kitchenette and a little living room, so I didn't feel like I was trapped in the same room. I could separate business and sleep.

There is very little storage/closet space. Since I was staying for several days, I like to unpack everything and I found it difficult to properly organize/hang up my business clothes. A few more drawers would have been nice.

Amazing Family Trip

It was a fabulous stay. We chose the Hotel for the convenience of having an extended room, an equipped kitchen and large spaces for a family stay. The experience went far beyond expectations and i’d like to positively mention the front desk staff which from our arrival to departure showed extreme kindness, friendliness and professionalism. As for the catering, nothing to say about the abundant and varied breakfast for all palates. Nice drinks from the cocktail bar which offers a relaxing and chilling atmosphere. The location is good for easily reaching the city's iconic attractions by metro or bus as well as the attractions slightly further away from downtown. Special thanks to Orkhed and Theo for the courtesy and attention shown during our stay.

Totalmente recomendable en familia.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación en zona tranquila, a 7 min andando de parada de metro, el camino es agradable además. El bufete desayuno es adecuado, y lo mejor ha sido el manager Roberto, que nos ayudó en todo momento para todas la dudas que teníamos, se portó fenomenal y muy servicial. Es agradable encontrar en los viajes personal de esa calidez. Las habitaciones cuentan con saloncito con pequeña cocina y dormitorio aparte, por lo que te da la oportunidad de poder cenar en la misma habitación. Justo al lado del hotel hay un supermercado Tesco. El saloncito tenía un ventanal muy agradable con vistas a la ciudad. En resumen es totalmente recomendable con niños y sin niños.

No hay nada que no me gustase, por decir algo, que la habitación tuviese un soporte para abrir las maletas.

Good and bad points

Room size was ideal for family but the double bed room was a bit narrow to get on bed. Breakfast buffet was fabulous.

The toilet button was difficult to press. Shower water was not strong enough as I lived on 9th floor. TV internet was crap, connection problems and cannot search any programs especially in living area one.

All in all an OK stay, although probably not my first choice for our next visit to London.

Room was ok, although smaller than what I had expected. A bit old fashioned furnishings; chairs were too big for the room size and heavy to move. No closet for clothes, just some hooks on the wall. Bathroom also small but nice, recently re-done I expect. Staff was very nice and friendly. Good breakfast, although the room was very busy and noisy no matter at what time we showed up. Big Tesco supermarket very conveniently around the corner.

Wouldn’t stay again very expensive for stay

The staff were really friendly

No restaurant to eat in the evening had to Uber in food. Tv in lounge of room kept crashing/going off. Coffee machine not cleaned properly, bathroom needed a good clean/inspecting as dirty round f corners of floor. Very disappointing for money paid!

Really liked our stay, there’s a big Tesco’s five minutes up the road, it’s only a 10 minute walk to Earls Court tube.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, could not fault the accommodation. The only complaint I had was that there was a really loud vibration sound that sounding like pipes vibrating each time the room above flushed their toilet.

Everywhere was very clean, all the staff were really friendly.
