Well-positioned for us to walk to QPAC etc. Staff was truly lovely and the availability of a restaurant downstairs was very wonderful. Decor was perfect.

Just some little things - tap at Vanity was loose; toilet roll holder was very loose and hard to use. Dryer didn’t work, so couldn’t dry our towels overnight. Found it difficult with small towels - and they weren’t replaced or added to. None supplied for the pool or if needed extra. Also, there was no directory to help us establish what facilities were available and a menu for room service. As infrequent guests, some things were difficult to fathom eg needing to use the room card for the elevator. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Very enjoyable and lived up to expectations.

I liked that breakfast service went till 11am. Was expecting buffet but the menu was very enjoyable. Staff were very accommodating. Liked complimentary water bottles.

Some of the things like soap, tissues were a little low or ran out which was a little inconvenient

Poor value for money

The room was large.

The service was extremely poor. The room we were originally given was dirty and the furniture was damaged. We were questioned about it! We were asked if we had done it! Incredibly offensive. Staff offered us Accor membership - but they failed to arrange it. Overall the room was tired. At this price considerable renovation is required.

Perfect spot, great apartment. Just a touch noisy

Great location, apartment was well appointed and nice and clean.

Very noisy in the main bedroom. Doors and windows were not dampening the city noise. Especially on a Friday/Saturday night. Affected us due to small children trying to sleep

Great location room and staff bathroom let the experience down

Accessible co located to where I was conferencing

Room great however mould in the bathroom shower floor tiles on the shower head scum/limescale, and grime under the soap containers. This room let the whole experience down.

Great location, but dated interior

Amazing location, on site pool and spa (although too cold). Great amount of space in the apartment

It was dated and damage not fixed- drains were blocked, microwave damaged, water-damaged side wall to the bedroom looked tacky but also damaged the window and affected sound-proofing

Great location close to all the goings on around south bank.

Great Location good size room. Good breakfast.

The room was old and needed an update. The carpet on the floor had holes in it. The shower holder kept falling to the bottom level it needs repair work.

Location. Quiet. Friendly service. Lovely breakfast in the downstairs cafe. Daughter loved the pool.

All ok. Didn’t like it was a cashless venue.

It was advertised as having a pull out couch Which it did not And I was relying on the bed space. Room service didn’t answer the entire breakfast period.

In desperate need of repair. Plumbing noise issues resulted in a sleepless stay. Go elsewhere.

Great location in the middle of Brisbane's Southbank.

The property is in need of repair and refreshing. We had two sleepless nights with very loud plumbing type noise emanating from the wall of the bedroom that would last for approximately 20-30 mins each time, I assume, the neighbouring toilet was used. We asked to be moved however were assured they knew the issue and it wouldn't happen again. It did the following night. We were told the manager would follow up with us however have not heard a word. Secondary and really not a big issues were one television was defective and the fridge was freezing all items. Other annoyances include staff coming into the apartment late in the afternoon without knocking and a false fire alarm. It was a terrible stay and I will not recommend this property to anyone - noting this is the first time I have left a negative review. We had two nights of little sleep ahead of an 11 hour drive - so bad and no follow up makes it worse.

Great location and very friendly staff

Location was great - rooms were clean and tidy - coffee downstairs was good

Beds were not very comfortable but we requested single beds so that's probably on us!

Very good

The location was excellent. The room was big. The spa was big and the reception staff were professional and polite.

It was a little dirty. The showers by the pool were very clean. The spa wasn't very clean either. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling.

very dated rooms with minimal amenities. bad service including a housekeeper in my bathroom at 9.30am when I returned from a business breakfast. I allowed 30 minutes to shower / change before checkout & my onwards travel & I had to forfeit that for their unprofessionalism. very annoying
