Outstanding 3-Bedroom Apartment in Prime Location
I recently had the pleasure of staying in this remarkable 3-bedroom apartment, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the spaciousness and modern design, which provided a perfect blend of comfort and style.
Spacious & Well-Equipped
The apartment offers three generously sized bedrooms, each filled with natural light and featuring ample storage space. The master bedroom, with its en-suite bathroom, felt like a private retreat. The other two bedrooms were equally impressive, perfect for family members or guests. The living area is open and airy, seamlessly connecting to a well-equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances one could need, making cooking a breeze.
Top-Notch Facilities
There’s a gym, which allowed me to maintain my fitness routine effortlessly. The swimming pool is pristine, offering a great way to relax after a long day. Although I did not use it, it looked great and I would love to try it in warmer weather. I also appreciated the secure parking and the friendly, helpful concierge service that made everything run smoothly.
Convenient Location
The location is simply unbeatable. Situated in a vibrant neighbourhood, it’s within walking distance to shops, cafes, and public transport, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Whether I needed to run errands, enjoy a meal out, or commute to work, everything was easily accessible. The proximity to Southbank was a huge plus.

My stay here was nothing short of excellent. This apartment combines the best of modern living with convenience and comfort. Whether you're a family, a group of friends, or professionals looking for a place that feels like home, this apartment ticks all the boxes. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience in a prime location.
The main bedroom get's very warm in the morning despite having air-con.

Good location.
Room needs a lot of maintenance. Walls need to be painted, a thorough clean of all rooms including carpet floors. A lot of soap scum, dust and marks throughout. It feels very run down. I don’t believe it is worth how expensive it is.

Very loud, parties almost every night. Could have done with better pillows and cleaner duvet. Also 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner for 3 nights for 2 ppl.

Reasonable location but not as close to Southbank parklands as we thought. 15 minute walk…
Very close to convention centre.
Rooms spacious with good facilities and standard.
We got an early check in at 1100 which we were delighted with and the reception staff were incredibly helpful.
Only issue is car park…. Reasonable cost at $25 per night but very difficult to find your spot as signage not clear.

- bed was smaller than expected but so comfortable so slept great.
- great pillows - multiple sizes (high/low)
- great water pressure
The only negative was that even on the 12th floor there was a lot of street noise.
I really loved the accommodation but a few constructive tips
- would be good to be given a map to show where parking space & lift for building is. There are 2 buildings and I felt overwhelmed with all the verbal instructions for parking & which lift to use. Got lost looking for my parking space.
- there was a huge orange stain next to the bed, understand it may not be able to be removed but place a mat/rug over it and it won’t detract from stay
- the walls of the bathroom and unit were quite grubby, probably need a bit of a refresh

The location was excellent. Staff were very helpful and respectful. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable
There were very few kitchen items And wares. There was no coffee maker we had to ask reception. No cutting board, and only one small bowel for cereal. 3 spoons only , three mugs. So really this needs to be looked at.
The gym was basic, no paper towels to wipe equipment and no mats or free weights and it was small anyway.

Two bedrooms with two bathrooms and self contained kitchen. Beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE!!
Was very pokey and the lounge room was tiny with a tiny couch so we all could not sit in it. Marks/patches over walls that were very apparent. Bathroom and vents were dirty. No information about room/facilities:nearby food options etc.

Very spacious for 3 adults sharing an apartment for work
The main bedroom views were incredible, but the style of the blinds made it very easy for a lot of sunlight to come into the room in the morning.

Vertical blinds in 2nd bedroom bottom part weren't intact so sunlight from 5am and the heat still managed to come through.
