Good size, clean, everything required for a comfortable stay

That it was close to everything 👍🏽 we'll indeed be coming again in the near future ☺️
There wasn't any breakfast included or room service to food suggestions, drinks, bar restaurant type of thing with your hotel. But over all it was great, great views from the sunrise and sunset, great room sizes I had a 2 bedroom apartment which was lovely & yeaah.

The location is brilliant, Straight out the front door and into the heart of the city. A short walk to the botanical gardens, or hop on a scooter and zip over to Southbank. We were lucky to be on the 40th floor and we all loved the view over the city. We also loved the patio (and the option to have it either open or closed). The apartment was a great size for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). 2 bathrooms and a washing machine/dryer. All fabulous. Did not feel cramped. Would happily stay here again.
It's the small things that can make a big difference... for a short stay (4 nights), we didn't need housekeeping but we also didn't know how to dispose of our trash. We ran out of the essentials pretty quickly (soap, toilet paper, plastic bags). There was very minimal supplied in the room on our arrival. When we asked at reception we were given more supplies (and instructions for trash disposal), no worries... But a couple of spares in the room would have been better than having to take time out to ask for them.

We stay here quite a bit and you really can’t beat the location, close to everything
Unfortunately the lifts are extremely slow so the wait for lifts is very frustrating but certainly not the end of the world

Location, the 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and very nice for a family holiday. The front desk staff were very helpful and just a 2 minute walk to queens street mall
4.2
Spacious property. Good for families.
Additional charges for parking per day.

Great position.
The cost for car parking.

Location within the city was good. The beds were comfortable. Washer/dryer within the unit. View was good.
For what I paid, the quality of the apartment did not reach my expectations from the pictures provided.
The suite was dirty, dusty and finishes were definitely budget.
The hallway leading to our room had a rancid food oil smell.
Carpets were worn and tattered.
There were minimal towels given.
The hot tub was not hot and towels were not provided in the pool area.
TV was basic cable and was not a smart TV so no streaming services were available. (minor issue as tv in Australia was interesting)
We had to pay $5 a day extra to have 3 devices on wifi. Would have to pay more if we needed more devices.
Elevators were faulty on the last two days, so only 1 was in use. We were not warned by staff about this trouble and waited 15 minutes on the 26th floor for an elevator to arrive. When asked about it, they were unapologetic and made no effort to alleviate the inconvenience.
View was great but construction was happening on our side of the building. There was noise.
4.2
Right in the centre of the city.
We had to pay $39 a day for parking in the building.
The main room self locked from the inside, which could be dangerous. This should be fixed immediately.
No mirror in the main bedroom.
Only one little bottle of body wash in each bathroom and one towel in each bathroom even though we were four for two nights
4.2
The shower and the bed were excellent and it was very quiet. The pool and spa was very nice too.
I suppose the view from my room wasn't very good as I was looking at a multi-storey car park, but I didn't pay for a view, so that's fair enough.
4.2
Central and so much room
Loved everything
4.2
Central Location handy for everything.
Corridors had a very strong chemical smell

The proximity to the Queen Street Mall is a big draw card for this property. I have stayed a few times before so I was happy with the location. Friendly staff.
My unit was tired, and run down. I had to ask to get the oven cleaned. We were not given enough towels or cutlery for the quantity of booked guests. Several times during my stay we were not left with dish washing liquid or a dish cloth to wash dishes with, & there was no plug for the sink - we had to use the laundry plug. We had to get assistance to get Netflix to work (friendly staff). Maintenance did come to get our phone working. We reported that the washing machine wouldn’t drain water. Maintenance didn’t attend that job. The ensuite bathroom didn’t have a visible exhaust that I know of but it was also reported as not working. We were offered an alternate room but it was of a similar standard upon brief inspection. Staff were lovely and always stated they would ‘make a note of it’ (referring to the ongoing issues). Spacious 2 bedroom layout with comfy beds and nice furniture.

Great location. The room looked exactly as it does on the hotel photos, the bed was big and comfortable. Great shower pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast each day.
Paying for parking.
4.2
The location was fantastic for our needs. While we did not use the pool/gym/sauna we had a look and this area appeared nice.
Unfortunately, the night we stayed there were some loud and unruly guests above us who were throwing items off the balcony. A small drug canister came flying into our balcony missing me by a very small margin. On the positive security were wonderful as they came and retrieved the thrown drug item from us and told us that they were going to sort it out. Obviously, security did a very good job as there was no further noise until the morning when we woke to loud rap music. While you cannot be responsible for this and we were satisfied security sorted it out it did impact on our stay and we are unlikely to book again as it did not create a relaxing and pleasant environment.
