la ubicación no es tan buena, al rededor recién llegas encuentras un lugar que no inspira confianza, habitantes de calle y el sector es feo. pero si caminas unos 200mts o menos, la percepción es otra, hacía la estación Garibaldi o Saint Marie.
el hotel es extraño, el personal de.ingreso no se sintió el más amable y saliendo, ni el saludo. al preguntar por la zona es como que se molestarán, en general es un hotel para ir solo a dormir y no es recomendable llegar de noche solos.

le choix du petit déjeuner. il n'y a pas un grand choix mais il y en a pour tout le monde.
la chambre mal isolée en terme de nuisances sonores et humidité.
le personnel qui ne connais pas le sourire et l'amabilité.
se faire réveiller par l'alarme incendie à cause de personnes qui fument. et qui plus est que aucun membre du personnel à ce moment là ne viennent s'excuser pour la gêne occasionnée ou même le lendemain car il était tard le soir et nous étions beaucoup déjà endormi.
les clients qui n'ont pas de respect et de savoir vivre et qui courent et crient dans les couloirs.
l'emplacement qui n'est pas a côté de Montmartre mais St Ouen. quartier sale et non sécurisé.

De ligging is prima, tussen 2 metrostations in voor beide loop je 10/15 minuten, wel loop je tussen de daklozen.
De matrassen maken geluid bij plaatsen, kleine handdoeken, mini douche waardoor je in de slaapkamer moet omkleden. Een bed boven je hoofd bij de 3 persoonskamer waar je je gegarandeerd een maal (of vaker) aan zal stoten. De schoonmaakster komt binnen ookal geef je aan dat dit niet kan.

The property was far from the centre of Paris and everything had to be reached by Uber. The metro was a 10 minute walk but for 3 females visiting alone the area felt unsafe to walk especially on a nighttime. The room its self was basic. We were top floor and the corner of our room was covered in black mould. We reported this to reception 3 times during our trip as my mum is asthmatic. Our shower also leaked into the bedroom every time it was used. There was no apology given by reception and we were told they were fully booked and couldn’t move us to a different room. I understand this is a budget hotel however basic cleanliness and health and safety are bare minimum. Also the price you pay does not reflect budget price. I have stayed in better hostels than this hotel. There are no facilities onsite only vending machines. Also the beds come with one flat pancake pillow and upon request they refuse to give you anymore, so prepare for neck and shoulder pain.

Cheap but literally nothing else going for it
Hotel was cheap and ok. Staff were miserable and unhelpful quite rude at times.
The area is awful - we were 2 adult sisters with our young sons. It was literally in the slums of Paris, we tried to find alternative accommodation as soon as we arrived but was unable to without paying £100s. We opted for Ubers for a whole trip to and from the hotel as it was not safe to walk the streets

Le camere sono pulite, la stanza era silenziosa, come richiesto. L'hotel è comodamente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici.
La posizione non è ottimale, di fronte a una strada molto trafficata e in una zona che non sembra particolarmente rassicurante. Le stanze sono prive di appoggi per i propri oggetti, di armadi o sedie. Per 3 letti c'è solo un tavolino minuscolo, 4 appendiabiti esterni e uno sgabello, non si sa dove appoggiare nulla. Il WC e la doccia sono dal lato opposto della stanza rispetto al lavabo, il che è scomodo. La colazione, a buffet, è abbondante (senza limitazioni) ma la qualità non è elevata.

La chambre est confortable, propre et le petit déjeuner complet
Le service laisse beaucoup à désirer.
Le personnel reste polie mais ne montre aucun intérêt dans le client, il faut patienter long temps avant de se registrer.
En plus, la description d'une des chambres réservées, ne correspondait pas à la chambre qu'on a reçu et le lit superposé de la deuxième chambre n'était pas fait.
Au petit déjeuner deux personnes dans la salle: une pour débarrasser et une autre que vérifié les numéros de chambres, est loin d'être suffisant. Le café et le jus d'orange était fini et il a fallu patienter plus d'une demi-heure avant qu'une des deux personnes dans la salle s'occupent de remplir la machine. C'était pareil avec le fromage, le jambon, les œufs; il n'y avait pas de sel et même les couverts manquent.

El desayuno
La inexistencia de higiene en el lugar, las habitaciones con pelos de personas anteriores y manchas de dudosa procedencia en las habitaciones y en las toallas, además, en el desayuno algunas tazas estaban sucias. También, la poca colaboración del personal para solucionar los problemas incluyendo las dificultades para comunicarse en inglés y español. Y el lugar donde se encuentra el hotel es al lado de una autopista con bastante ruido y gente sin techo bajo efectos de sustancias ilegales. Tras pedir el reembolso debido a todo ello con el fi de poder cambiar de lugar, no quisieron hacerlo, debido a que ellos se escudaban que se aceptaron las condiciones de NO devolución en la reserva. Los baños y las duchas son prefabricados, y en nuestro caso el respiradero de la ducha estaba lleno de una pelusa rara y la baza estaba con manchas marrones, encima está colgada de la pared y la sujeción es pésima. El aislamiento de la habitación es inexistente, pasa alguien por enfrente de la puerta de la habitación y escuchas todo, no hay intimidad. En conclusión, una pésima estancia, para no volver a repetir, mejor pagar un más y poder estar tranquilo.

Fiquei chateada que eu não conseguimos tomar café nos dois, sendo que paguei no site para ambos. E em um dos dias acabei pagando para tomar café. E no dia do check out, fui tomar banho pela manha e o chuveiro não esquentou de jeito maneira. Mas como estava saindo não fiz mais reclamações, pois ja estavam chateados dizendo que meu filho não tinha direito ao café.
Não pude tomar o café, e na saída não consegui tomar banho. Ter que levar bucha para tomar banho pois o liquido para o banho e o mesmo para lavar o cabelo. O que não deixa o cabelo limpo adequadamente. Não possuía sabão em barra no banheiro. Apenas um pequeno na pia e sendo esse já usado. E não novo.

The room.was too small ,l fell coming out the bathroom ,if you would place a step sign as coming out of the bathroom if they was a mat after missing a step l dont think l would have fell and l could not call the reception as thr was no phone ,atleast a kettle of coffee would do and even explaining my situation to the staff l had to type on my Google and translate for them, that hotel caters for international tourist atleast please have a translation laptop or ways of contacting the reception becz wow

Не понравилось то что небольшая комната , вид с окна на дорогу , нету кондиционера летом скорее всего будет жарко в номере , если открывать окно шум сильный слышно от дороги , если вы на пару дней то это хороший выбор за свои деньги .

Para chegar ao hotel, por todos os lados, mtos mendigos, mta sujeira, parece q passou um furacão nas ruas e espalhou roupas, sapatos, comida! Pessoas defecando nas calçadas!Não saímos a noite por medo! Nada de bonito próximo ao hotel! Compensa pagar um pouco mais e ficar em um lugar mais limpo e seguro. No café da manhã, havia mta gente! Uma manhã, tinha fila de espera pois não havia local para sentar, e sempre demoravam para repor os alimentos.

The sink was clogged, but fixed later.. Not a safe locality, look up Montmartre on google. Avoid travelling with family. Just yards away from Chor bazaar(stolen goods market)...
