Good room; friendly helpful staff; breakfast food choices and quality were quite acceptable.

Room was good size, bathroom too. Overall impression good, and all looked clean and tidy

Drainage in bathroom was poor - probably should have spoken to reception about it, as shower and basin took very long time to drain

It was just ok. Nothing exceeding the standard rooms.

Parking and location and free WiFi. Party bags for kids was a good move.

Machine was broken down and there wasn't enough milk in the latte. Had to go a few times. More cereal options would be better. There wasn't enough scrambled egg.

Lovely, clean hotel with great breakfast

The room was clean and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. The staff were so friendly and genuinely seemed to care that we as customers were ok. The breakfast options were plentiful and were replenished constantly. The hotel was ever so quiet and we had a good night's sleep.

Easy access, clean. Your colleagues were smiley and friendly, first and last thing.

Heat in room, meant windows needed to be open. This meant M5 traffic noise.

Enjoyed our stay and the dog enjoyed her gift

Loved breakfast and liked the fact you could take the dog down but because we had to sit in the bar area the tables were a little on the small side

An excellent stopover on a long journey

Perfect location and all staff were incredibly friendly. Comfortable bed and everything clean. Fantastic breakfast.

The pub next door where we had evening meal was a little disappointing. I’m not sure whether they have any connection with the hotel. The only other thing is the cost of £25 for the dog. I think it’s a bit steep for one night’s stay but he did get a little treat bag and there was somewhere to eat breakfast with him so that was good.

Could hear the traffic from our room Lift was out of order which was difficult for me with the stairs esp taking suitcase up & down. We should have requested a ground floor room

The location was very good and we were allocated a ground floor room as requested.

The pet friendly seating area for breakfast was very poor. There were only two normal height tables. Sitting at a 4ft high table holding a dog on a leash near a door is not a good idea. Most mornings the area was full of workers waiting for their colleagues.

Good location for park and ride into Gloucester. Nice breakfast.

The bathroom was not clean. Quite a few hairs in the sink when we arrived and the toilet pan was not clean. Also, It didn’t feel like the bedroom had been cleaned properly.

Good value for money and good breakfast variety

Good value for money. Breakfast had a good variety. Easy to find the hotel and also a quiet hotel, especially when you have kids that need to sleep early.

The sofa bed could have better quality. It was ok for one night but I would struggle if I needed to sleep on the sofa bed any other night.

Good location. Clean.

Shower had no pressure and the water was cold. When we told the person on reception, they just said “no problem” and that they would look into it, which was incredibly unhelpful for us as we were checking out.
