Nice enough place. Food in pub is fantastic!

They didn’t provide breakfast
A tv would have been good

Room was clean, tidy and comfy. Great place to use ad a base to explore the area.

I loved meeting the local cat and location close to the water - good for nature watching😊
There was no windows in the room, however door led to the courtyard so we were able to get some fresh air.

very clean
no working tv. and staff not answering phone when we tried to contact about this. they just sent a text later that night to say nothing they could do.

In the twin room it was very cramped, and difficult to get into the bathroom around the bed

everything was fine
no one able to check you in

The area and accommodation was beautiful, nice and quiet and relaxing.
There was a leak in both the rooms, in the one room it was am aroind the electric socket and in the other it was all down the one wall.

Fridge, tea, coffee in room (and a cooker we didn't use). Friendly and helpful staff. Bar food okay
Small'ish room (door to en-suite half opened against bed). People drinking in the garden queuing for the loo outside our door. No window in room just glazed door - the "curtain" being a piece of material which only covered the top half. No TV, no Wi-fi. Poorly kept (cloudy) real ales. Vastly overpriced for what felt a very budget room.

Breakfast was not provided as it is a pub, but my daughter lived 5 minutes away so had it there. Staff extremely helpful.
Ate at the pub on the first night and food was very good.
Lights from the cars leaving at 11.00p.m. shone into the room via the entrance as the door was all glass. Woke me up.

Loved the quiet country location, the garden and being and to walk along the canal. . It was exactly what we hoped for

the location was really nice
it was advertised as breakfast included but it wasn’t- there was none offered and only a place down the road to have breakfast. Steven offered to give us 10% off our food that night at the pub which amounted to less than 4 pounds. Offered us a free bottle of wine, which was nice but we couldn’t use. There was a pub on the property which had good food. “Free WiFi in public places” consisted of the pub, which closed at 9, so we had no WiFi most of the time and very little cell service, so it was difficult. Our tv didn’t work either. I contacted property but no answer (although Steven and Carolina were very responsive otherwise). Room was very small. Not a good value at all, compared to other places we’ve stayed. We were just disappointed especially with the money we paid.

Excellent location, friendly staff.

Spotlessly clean accommodation in a charming village inn which served excellent food and beer
Nothing

The location was fantastic, I sat in the beer garden by the canal in the sun and it was wonderful.
There was no WiFi in my room, and it's very rural so I had no signal, basically meaning that I couldn't use my laptop or phone.
