The breakfast is delicious, but it's the same every day and never changes
I lost a big bag of cosmetics. I tied the bag and put it on the tub shelf. The cleaner lied that the bag was next to the trash can. The supervisor only took three bars of soap as compensation, but I didn't ask for it. So cheap soap is of no use to me. I lost hundreds of euros. They kept quibbling that my bag was next to the trash can. But I'm pretty sure my makeup bag is on the shelf. I am very disappointed in IHG.
Later, IHG said through booking that it would compensate me for the loss. I said that I lost cosmetics worth 200 pounds. They wrote back and said my item was not in the lost and found. What are you doing? Where did the cleaner take my things, how could she put them in the lost and found office! If you don't want compensation, don't say you want compensation, and play stupid after telling the amount. IHG let me down.

looks amazing from the outside
when we arrived they couldn’t find our booking. We had to wait ages to get our room…. they told us for the inconvenience they upgraded us! If that’s what they call an upgrade I’d hate to see where we were originally booked into! staff member was rude and unhelpful when we asked about a taxi.

Beautiful hotel.
Very large and Beautiful room. The food in the fine dining restaurant is 10 out of 10!
I would have given this hotel a 10 but the aircon was not cold so hard to sleep and beds need newer, firmer mattresses.
5.0
The staff and the interior decor in lobby.
The food was average and lukewarm.

hotel was well maintained and rooms was very comfortable
my room wasn’t ready at 3pm the check in time and I had to wait until 4pm for entry. we sat in the restaurant waiting and other hotels I’ve stayed in when rooms are late have offered to buy us lunch or drinks, no such offer from reception. just told they were busy! not good enough for a top class hotel charging over €650 for one night stay

only thing was we couldn’t figure out how to use the coffee machine but we had a kettle and nice tea so it was ok

Great, welcoming staff and a very comfortable stay in a nicely designed room.
We were given a room with a (locked, I assume) interconnecting door to the next room and the sound insulation between the rooms was pretty minimal. Also, the lamps next to the beds weren’t great to read by which is so frustrating.

Our room was so spacious and comfortable. Lots of breakfast options and really good value if booked in advance.
Expensive- would be better value if breakfast and parking were included.
