Hyggelig betjening, flotte rom og veldig grei parkering.

Mat och personal bra. Oerhört vacker konst (Fauskemarmor) i entren.
Priset högt, men förmodligen adekvat efter norsk standard.

Rent og pent, gode senger, havutsikt, hyggelig betjening. God frokost.

The staff honored my request for a quiet room (near the end of a hallway and not overlooking a street). It was quiet at night, though there were a few loud guests in the hallway about 7:30 a.m. I didn't hear any noise through the walls, only the door to the hall. The hotel had free parking nearby. The hotel is near the water where there is a boardwalk. There is shopping (including groceries) nearby. There were dark curtains on the window to keep the summer light out at night. The breakfast was good, though there were no pancakes or waffles. (We didn't eat dinner there, but they apparently have a buffet, at least in the summer.)
The shower stall was small. I banged my elbows a few times in spite of trying to be careful. The bed was a little firmer than I like, but I like a softer-than-average bed so most people would probably think it was fine. There was very little shelf and counter space in the bathroom. There was no bathmat and no face cloths.

Breakfast was lovely.
We arrived early and were happy to leave our bags and return later, but reception immediately allocated us a room with an offhand attitude which gave the impression we were intruding. However we were given a room which resembled student accommodation. Disappointed to say the least.

Reception staff were helpful as to how to book a bus ticket to Narvik (a highly recommended journey). Basically it has to be done using a local transport app and tickets can't be bought more than 30 mins in advance.
Hotel was a bit dated.

Friendly and service minded receptionist both at check-in and check-out (same person) as well as in the restaurant for breakfast.

Common areas need to be updated. Expensive for what it is.
