Super Aussicht, gemütliches Bett und entspannte Lage.

Das Personal war äusserst aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, das Bett super bequem, die Aussicht ins grüne entspannend und die Lage sehr praktisch (5 min. zur Metro und dann in 5 min. mitten in der Stadt).

Die Scheibe zwischen Bad und Zimmer war super, jedoch ziemlich verschmiert.

Хороший по площади номер. Рядом с отелем автобусная остановка и до метро не далеко. Тихий район. Чисто. Можно оставить вещи при необходимости после выселения. До ocean park 15 минут пешком.

Достаточно твердые матрасы. Цена завышена. Не учли пожелания (вид из окна и одна кровать). Это место стоит выбрать, если планируете посетить ocean park, до остальных достопримечательностей нужно добираться на транспорте.

King beds and spacious rooms

Clean and comfortable. Very spacious rooms with bay windows big enough to lie on. Superb option for families of 2 adults + 1kid as this hotel offers King sized beds which is not common in HK. I had specifically requested for king bed while booking, and was happy they could accommodate. Housekeeping was good quality. They gifted us a small cake piece when they found out it was my child's birthday. When Aircon in the room was not available for a night due to maintenance, they offered us another similar room so that we were not inconvenienced. Helpful staff. Wong Chuk Hang MTR station about 8min walk away, or several buses within 2min.

Address says Wong Chuk Hang road, however taxi entrance is actually from Tong bin lane which confuses many taxi drivers coming for pickup..we had a few taxi cancellations when they missed the turn uphill to reach the hotel. Would be better if the hotel puts a visible signboard at the Wong Chuk Hang intersection.

Fijn verblijf in een goed hotel.

Ontbijt was erg uitgebreid. Locatie was top, je kon zo op de bus stappen die vrijwel overal heen gaat. Personeel was erg vriendelijk, en de kamers waren erg schoon. De watertap op elke gang van het hotel was een goed alternatief voor de plastic flesjes die je normaal altijd krijgt in een hotel.

Mooi hotel met ruime kamers gelegen op een uitstekende locatie

Hotel is uitstekend gelegen in de nabijheid van een metrostation. Mooie ruime kamers die iedere dag werden schoongemaakt door vriendelijk en opgewekt personeel. Erg groot en comfortabel bed. Uitstekend ontbijt.

Jammer dat het zwembad gesloten was.

Ok for a short time stay

Good view from the room but not realy any hotel bar or place to relax outside of the room

The noise from the elevators is quite bad - we were in the room at the end of the corridor closest to them.

Disappointing

This time I have stayed for 2 weeks (this is the third stay I am with this hotel within 2 months). Everything was expected until the last day when the air-conditioning stopped working in my room. It turned out a lot of the rooms have the same problem and there are lots of people gathered in the hotel lobby (the only place that still has air conditioning). At the time of writing of this review (2023/07/22) the air conditioning is still not working. Recommend to either to change or cancel your booking asap.

The staff service is mostly excellent except when it comes to unexpected situation (lots of rooms with malfunction air conditioning), they were not properly trained to handle the situation.

short walk from MTR. Good location for visitors wanting to stay southside of HK island. Clean rooms with pleasant bathrooms. Upgraded to high floor for no extra charge. pleasant friendly staff

slightly dated TV & fittings. No AirPlay or Bluetooth audio capability. No coffee machine. Pool was closed which was disappointing as I’d packed the kids swim stuff which half filled our luggage! seemed pool was being filled. Closed for maintenance was the message.

We chose this place as our accommodation for our entire two weeks holidays in Hong Kong. It nestles in a quiet industrial/office area with a local restaurant next door servicing nearby workers during breakfast and lunch time. The room is spacious and clean. The double sized beds and pillows are very comfortable for both adults and kids. It takes about 6 minutes to walk to Wong Chuk Hung MTR station and a number of bus stops situated right in front of the hotel entrance.

unfortunately the swimming pool is undergoing some renovation so wasn’t available for use.

A pleasant and comfy stay in this hotel.

The room is spacious, the location is good for me and lots of transport choices. The staff are polite and helpful.

There is no breakfast in the hotel and no room services.

非常寬闊的房間+房內設計美觀

The room is spacious and really nice design. There is a lovely table with 2 chairs by the window 窗台 and I really love that corner. Although we don’t have view from the window since the opposite building is close, but there is the football ground view nearby which is nice too. This hotel is located at a remote place which takes 10min walk from the closest MTR station and no restaurants nearby. However if you love a remote vibe, this hotel is a great pick.

One complaint is the bad quality of the sleeper. It breaks easily when I first wear on it. Also, the light is so dim at the lift lobby which makes me feel scared on the way between the lift and my room.
