nice comfy stayed , old but cleaned

the hotel is old however they kept it very cleaned.

Disappointing

The room is cleaned & the room housekeeper did a wonderful job

Firstly, the noise. Room soundproof is bad facing the main road. Secondly, I had admitted to your receptionist staff about an accudental broken cup while I was washing it, but I was told to pay for the damage cup for 50,000 dong when I checked out. The pillows were too soft & the pillow case was uncomfortably stiff./starchy

Would choose to stay on my return to Vietnam.

The breakfast had a good variety and was well presented. I really thought the location was excellent as it was close to most of the city's attractions. The staff were very good and made my stay even more enjoyable.

There wasn't a lot not to like really.

location is good, buffet breakfast is good and has many options, room is spacious

the pillows were uncomfortable, we had a hard time sleeping, our backs ached the following day

It was so good because the kindness of the staff and the distance of the traveler were close. I will visit again next time.

Great Location and Staff

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was varied. The location gives you several tourist options and restaurants nearby.

The gym was not very good; no towels provided. Unfortunately, I was 1 of 3 people who used the lobby’s ATM and had their card disappear. I did finally have to retrieve it at the bank thanks to 1 of the staff members.

interior rooms were tiny and stuffy. we needed to upgrade to a park view room which made a huge difference

The people in the reception were very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location great, still quiet in my room. The safe was big and bolted to the furniture.

The window in my room had no view so I kept the curtains shut...but no problem for me.. I had huge portions for breakfast, seemed like the lady serving eggs and scrambled eggs thought I was greedy.

Location ok.

No railing for steps to entry. No rail to enter pool despite photos showing it. Breakfast very ordinary.
