Bardzo mile i intensywnie spędzony czas. Wielki plus - blisko starego miasta (około 15 min pieszo)

Lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko Starego miasta. Super była możliwość skorzystania z parkingu podziemnego pomimo iż nie było jeszcze pory na przejęcie pokoju. Ilość dostarczanego śniadania.

Trochę trudno znaleźć odpowiedni budynek. Możliwe że błąd nawigacji która po wpisaniu ulicy i nr domu zaprowadziła mnie trochę w inne miejsce (około 450 m od celu). Pieszo doszedłem do odpowiedniego budynku ale tutaj miałem problem ze znalezieniem recepcji. Ale z pomocą instrukcji udało się :)

Die Lage des Aparthotels zur Innenstadt, das Angebot an Parkplätzen. Die Apartments in ihrer Gestaltung.

Einige Teile fehlen. Bügeleisen, Wasserkocher. Befestigung des Duschkopfes. Schön wäre auch ein Besen mit Kehrblech.

La localisation proche des transports / Propreté

Le bruit proche de la rue extérieur / Le petit déjeuner très peu fourni et pas assez de choix / Le lit pas assez confortable / Impossible d'accéder à son appartement car le voisin (Porte commune aux deux appartements individuels) avait fermer la première porte commune qui permet d'accéder à son appartement et obligé d'attendre 2 heures sur le palier que le voisin se décide à sortir pour accéder à un appartement. Changement d'appartement car j'avais un interprète parlant couramment polonais et refus de remboursement de la chambre suite à cet incident. (Aucune excuse reçue pour le désagrément causé...) Les appartements partageant une porte commune avec voisin sont à éviter !!

Total rip off: defective key lock box, tiny shower & bathroom, no WIFI internet, very poor service

The bed was OK. The air-conditioning was OK. The location is ideal for us - within walking distance to the bus station and Krakow Old Town. The kitchenette was OK.

This place only gets 1 out 10 stars from me!!!! That there wasn't an office to go to pick up the key. We couldn't get the gate to let us into the property open. The instructions weren't detailed enough. Lucky someone else was entering the property 5 minutes after we got there and told us how to get access and insert the code properly and interpret what the screen was telling us. We couldn't get the key out of the lock box next to the apartment door box - the porter downstairs who has nothing to do with the company that rents the place had to come up to the 4th floor and helped us to retrieve the key. The lock box was defective and the Turnau City Aparthotel staff couldn't be bothered to come over to help us retrieve the key - nor fix the box! They said there was free internet but it was down the whole time we were there despite numerous calls by us and other people renting other apartments rented by the same company - what absolute pathetic service and fake promises and false advertising. Inside the apartment for which we paid good money for: had a tiny shower I could barely fit into, a tiny bathroom with no shelving, a toilet so badly constructed that I had to sit sideways on it, a TV that didn't work properly - i.e. an internet TV that took quite a bit of effort to work out how it operated with a crappy remote control with no numbered channel selection, A room with no cupboard or place to hang any clothing - no coat hangers - there was plenty of space in that apartment for a cupboard where one could hang clothes but of course there wasn't such a cupboard. Poles want to join the western world in offering good value for money to tourists when visiting. This was a pure greed venture apartment built to rip tourists off. If they had offered the apartment for half the price we paid I wouldn't have complained. But for the price I paid I expect good value - this was a typical Polish rip off venture to unsuspecting tourists.

Lokalita apartmánu je super- do historického centra mesta sme to mali 10 minút pešo. Blízko aj do obchodného centra Galeria Krakov (cca 5 minút). Mali sme family apartmán. Apartmán bol priestranný, svetlý, čistý a pekne moderne zariadený. Premyslený bezkontaktný spôsob check in. Informácie s inštrukciami boli poslané asi hodinu pred príchodom na email a sms. Pri ceste autom, treba nechať auto v odstavnom pruhu, vybehnút hore k apartmánu po kľúče, ktorými sa dá otvoriť brána do garáže a až potom do nej zaparkovať. Tak isto aj check out prebehol hladko (informacia o odubytovaní prišla už deň pred, taktiež s inštrukciami ako a kde nechať kľúče).Pobyt sme mali aj s raňajkami, ktoré každé ráno boli donesené okolo 8 hodiny ku dverám apartmánu (zazvonili a nechali papierovú tašku s raňajkami pred dverami). Obsah tašky nám postačoval na raňajky a nevadilo nám, že každý deň boli rovnaké s obmenami salámy, džúsikov a džemov. Hoci nám 2x zabudli pribaliť maslo, zaobišli sme sa bez neho. Kuchyňa bola vybavená základnými potrebami, čo nám postačilo na prípravu večere. Paplón s vankúšom boli fajn.

Netesnili moc okná - najmä v noci bolo počuť hluk z vedľajšej hlavnej ulice po ktorej aj električky chodia (tie bolo počuť najmä nad ránom). S čim som sa doteraz nestrela, bolo, že ako dve osoby sme mali k dispozicii veľký uterák na sprchovanie každý svoj ale menší uterák na ruky bol k dispozícii iba jeden. Mám rada, keď máme každý svoj. Nevýhodou bol aj mäkký matrac (to je ale individuálne, každý radšej spí na rôznej tvrdosti matracu).

Mimo ładnego estetycznego mieszkania, na pewno więcej tam nie powrócimy.

Trudno znaleźć wjazd na parking podziemny do budynku, wjazd od tyłu, poza tym same jednokierunkowe ulice...Hasło WiFi nigdzie nie podane, musiałam dzwonić. A na drugi dzień o 7.30 ktoś obok wiercił w ścianie. Okna wychodzą na bardzo ruchliwą i i hałaśliwą ulicę. Nie polacam

Appartement au delà de nos attentes pour un prix très honnête.

Proche du centre ville et juste à côté de la gare. Tramway et bus dans la rue. Emplacement parfait! Appartement parfaitement propre et quasi neuf, nombreux rangements. Nous étions 4 et étions très bien installés.

Des rideaux un peu plus occultants pourraient être un plus. Cependant, dans tous les cas nous reprendrons cet appartement si nous revenons à Cracovie.

Dość przyjemne mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji

Świetna lokalizacja, przestronny lokal. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, którą zapłaciłem.

Trochę brakuje wyposażenia - zupełnie nie ma czym posprzątać, jakby się chciało zostać na dłużej niż 1 wieczór. Na pewno trzeba odświeżyć łazienkę, w której wąż od prysznica nie pasował do słuchawki.

Has everything to fill the needs while staying, it was nice that they had a baby crib and it was easy with a baby. Very comfortable, clean, close to the center. Would definitely stay again.

It was challenging to find location for the apartment we had, the instructions were clear about how to get inside but there was 4 different addresses on website and google and we didn’t know which one to go, wish there was specific address info for the apartment we stay in the instructions email to be more clear.

Trochę za drogo, meble już powoli zdradzają swój czas

Cisza jak na tą okolicę. Szczelne okna i klima. Śniadanie świeże,

Pół rolki papieru na 3 dni dla 2 osób. Napoczęty szampon do włosów i tak samo mydło w płynie, to tyle z „zestawu kosmetyków”,które są napisane w ofercie jako wyposażenie pokoju, wąskie łóżko 2 osobowe słabej jakości.

Really comfortable modern apartment with terrace and in a great location.

The apartment was really modern, nice and comfortable with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was really powerful. The terrace was large and great for enjoying the morning sun. The location was had many shops and restaurants nearby and bus and tram links just outside. Only a 5 minute walk to the old town and the train station which was also part of a huge shopping mall.

It was all good but a sun lounger on the terrace would have been the icing on the cake.

Ціна-якість мене здивували, рекомендую!

Розташування помешкань близько до історичної частини міста . Є парковка для машин - кількість паркінгів достатньо проблем не було з пошуком вільного паркомісця для парковки. Номер чистий, охайний, просторий, вікна панорамні, на кухні був диван де зручно сидіти, по наповненню було достатньо посуду і приборів на 2 людей. Душ і туалет чисті , без плісняви. Магазинів в пішій доступності достатньо - з продуктами проблем не буде. сніданок по кейтерінгу - зранку в 8 по 9 приносять порцію на 2 людини ( 8 кусочків ковбаси та сиру, 4 булочки, 2 соки та яблука , масло і джеми, огірки і помідори( правда не смачні як Херсонські =( )

не побачив інструкції яка прийшла окремо. інструкція приходить листом де розписано як отримати ключі від квартири. виглядає як квест: підійди до такого блоку , знайди певну скриньку , введи пароль , і тоді випаде ключ. добре що попали на менеджера який спілкувався українською мовою і все доступно пояснив

Good stay, good price!

It was all clean, all the utensils and required things were provided for. We've enjoyed it and had a good couple of nights sleep (at least I did).

In the morning about 6am the guys that took the couches and things from the restaurant or someplace underneath were really loud. They had no respect towards people around and thrown thing onto the truck without caring how much of a sound they make. To outline it's not the hotels fault.
